术在中药现代化与新药研究中的应用情况进行概述,展现了该技术在药物研究领域具有广阔发展前景和实际应用价值。其中超临界CO2萃取是最常用的,超临界流体快速膨胀过程(RESS)和超临界流体抗溶剂过程(SAS)在药物提取和分离中起着至关作用。重点阐述了超临界流体萃取用于药用成分提取和分析,超临界流体微粒化及其在药物微粒化制备上的应用,分析了超临界流体技术在制药行业开发和应用中的问题,展望了超临界流体技术的应用前景。超临界流体技术作为中药现代化关键技术,在制药工程中具有独特的优势,理论基础研究和相关研究还需要加强。随着研究的深入和认识的加强,超临界流体技术作为一项可持续的绿色工艺,将具有广泛的应用前景。
关键字:超临界流体、萃取、中药、提取、应用、医药工业、快速膨胀、抗溶剂Abstract: this article introduces the basic principle of supercritical fluid extraction and it,s application in the pharmaceutical industry, the supercritical fluid technology in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and the application of new drug research are summarized, show the technology in drug research field has the broad prospects for development and actual application value. The supercritical CO2 extraction is the most commonly used, the rapid expansion of supercritical fluid process (RESS) and supercritical fluid resistance to solvent process (SAS) in drug extraction and separation plays a vital role. Focus on the supercritical fluid extraction used for medicinal component extraction and analysis, supercritical fluid pelletizing and in drug pelletizing preparation of the application, analysis of the supercritical fluid technology in the pharmaceutical industry development and the problems in use, and looks forward to the application prospect of supercritical fluid technology. Supercritical fluid technology as key technology modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, in the pharmaceutical engineering has unique advantages, the theoretical basic research and related research also need to strengthen. With the deepening of research and understanding of the strengthen, supercritical fluid technology as a sustainable green technology, has a broad prospect of application.
