摘要

酒店业作为我国改革开放后最早与国际接轨的行业,在世界一体化的进程不断加快,中国的经济飞速的发展的时代背景下,发展的势头愈加猛烈。兴办各式酒店例如中小型酒店、连锁酒店、特色酒店、国际五星级酒店的热潮在中国掀起[1],国外企业也十分关注中国这个消费市场。与此同时,史无前例的兴盛和激烈竞争的局面是酒店业当前遇到的巨大难题。近几年来,国际知名品牌在中国迅速扩张,连锁酒店如雨后春笋般在中国各地快速扎根。然而毕竟不同的国家之间有着差异较大的文化背景,迅猛发展的酒店业在激烈的市场竞争中逐渐暴露出其企业文化建设与发展现状不相匹配的弊端。企业文化作为企业的核心价值观,在企业发展的过程中起着引导作用,如果没有认识到企业文化的核心地位,例如忽视企业文化和企业文化建设过程中没有结合实际情况合理适时地进行调整等都会导致企业文化不能将其应有的作用最大限度的发挥出来。

本文以X酒店为例,通过不同层面x酒店企业文化建设进行描述和系统分析,发现企业文化建设中存在的问题,并根据x酒店企业文化建设中出现的问题及原因给出相应的对策,试图进一步提升x酒店企业文化建设,强化企业管理,并结合人力资源管理和企业文化相关知识,提出自己的对策,以对X酒店发展有所帮助,同时对酒店业企业文化建设提供一种思路和方法。

Hotel's Corporate Culture Construction

Abstract :As the earliest industry in China after the reform and opening up, the hotel industry is accelerating in the process of accelerating world integration and the rapid development of China's economy. The upsurge of setting up various hotels such as small and medium-sized hotels, hotel chains, specialty hotels and international five-star hotels has set off in China, and foreign companies are also paying close attention to this consumer market in China. At the same time, the unprecedented prosperity and fierce competition is a huge problem currently encountered in the hotel industry. In recent years, internationally renowned brands have expanded rapidly in China, and chain hotels have sprung up quickly across China. However, after all, different countries have different cultural backgrounds. The rapidly developing hotel industry has gradually exposed the shortcomings of its corporate culture construction and development status in the fierce market competition. As the core value of the enterprise, corporate culture plays a guiding role in the process of enterprise development. If we do not recognize the core position of corporate culture, for example, neglecting the corporate culture and corporate culture, we will adjust the reasonable and timely adjustments in the process. As a result, corporate culture cannot maximize its due role.

Taking X Hotel as an example, this paper describes and systematically analyzes the corporate culture construction of different levels of x hotel, finds the problems in the construction of corporate culture, and gives corresponding countermeasures according to the problems and causes in the construction of corporate culture of x hotel. Further enhance the corporate culture construction of x hotel, strengthen enterprise management, and combine human resources management and corporate culture related knowledge to propose their own countermeasures to help X hotel development, and provide a way of thinking and method for hotel industry culture construction. .
