正班风促学风树校风

敬爱的老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家早上好！今天我讲话的题目是《正班风促学风树校风》。

我国幅员辽阔，有很多名不见经传的“状元县”、“博士村”。这些地方人才辈出的奥秘“不是风水，是风气”。昔孟母，择邻处。孟母三迁的目的就是为孟子选择良好的风气。

我们每个班都有自己班的班风。优秀的班级应该具有优秀的班风，还应该拥有良好的纪律、礼仪素养，较高的活动能力等。有同学生病，其他人会主动问候，帮助补课；有同学缺席，其他人会主动协助完成打扫任务；有同学犯错，其他人会马上提醒，纠正错误；教室内外有垃圾，同学们会主动捡起，扔进垃圾桶；班级有比赛，所有人会团结协作，争取好成绩；就餐排队，不挑食不浪费，整理好餐盒和餐具。“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来”。学习是照亮人生智慧的灯塔。所以促学风是十分必要的。我们学校的学风是：快乐学习。就是要求我们同学有良好的道德修养，知书达礼，体会学习的乐趣，在快乐中学习，好学乐学，相互竞争，相互帮助，相互鼓励。有竞争，学习才会更有动力。同学之间可以分享学习方法，共同进步。同学们让书香溢满整个校园，让我们遨游在知识的海洋。

树校风，学校就像我们的家，与我们每个人都有密切的联系，所以我们肩负着维护校风校纪，为校争荣争光的责任。我们学校的校训是：知行合一。树校风不是纸上空谈，而需要在日常学习生活中实践，努力做好每一个细节，种种小事都为校园平添了色彩。

班风正则学风浓，学风浓则校风纯！同学们，让我们从自己做起，做一个自觉遵守校纪校规，班纪班规的好学生。这样，我们就等于抓住了成功的钥匙，就等于在为班争光，为校添彩！让我们把最美好的一面呈现出来，让我们最纯真的童年时光在东方阶梯双语学校的美丽校园中快乐度过！

Good morning everyone. My topic today is: “restore classroom discipline, improve study and build up new spirit of school”.

China is one of the largest country in the world. There are many counties and villages are famous for its learning atmosphere. In order to find the best place for study, Mencius’s mother move house for three times.

Each class must have its own spirit. The spirit not only be embodied in classroom discipline, but also the etiquette and activity. If students who are sick, others will take care of them and help them to learn missed lessons; if students absent, others will help them to clean the classroom willingly; if some students make

mistakes, others will immediately remind and correct the mistakes; if there are some rubbish inside and outside the classroom, the students will take the initiative to pick up and throw it into the trash can; students will help each other and be united when they do the team work; when they have lunch, they make a line for it and never be picky for the food; after lunch, they tidy their lunchbox and tableware.

Learning is a beacon that illuminates the wisdom of life. Therefore, it is very necessary to promote the style of study. Our school claims for happy learning, which asks us to have a good moral cultivation and meanwhile to learn in happiness. Students can share learning methods and make progress together.

Building up new spirit of school. The school is like our home, and we have close contact with each of us, so we shoulder the responsibility of maintaining school ethics and glory for the school. The school motto of our school is: Knowledge is action, action is knowledge. We must take actions on building up new spirit of school.
