摘要

公益广告是广告主对有助于公众利益的观念所做之任何方式、付款的、非人员性的陈述与推广。它的核心思想是“以宣传社会公德为目的,综合各种技术,提高社会公德”。它通过某种观念的传达,呼吁公众关注某一社会问题,以合乎公众利益的准则去规范自己的行为,支持或倡导某种社会事业或社会风尚。

公益广告的主题具有社会性,其主题内容存在深厚的社会基础,它取材于老百姓日常生活中的酸甜苦辣和喜怒哀乐。并运用创意独特、内涵深刻、艺术制作等广告手段用不可更改的方式,鲜明的立场及健康的方法来正确诱导社会公众。

而FLASH只是一个手段,来创作FLASH公益广告,Flash动画比起传统的形式更容易让人接受,它能轻松得抓住人们的视线,使人对所宣传的产品记忆深刻,将动画的娱乐性和商业性融合,因此用它来制作动画已成为未来平面动画发展的必然趋势。

本文通过对Flash动画制作的具体案例分析,阐述了Flash动画制作所具备的一些特点,并在此基础上分析了Flash动画的未来发展前景。

ABSTRACT

Psas are advertisers have done to help the concept of public interest, payment of any manner, non staff presentation and promotion. Its core idea is "to promote social morality, for the purpose of a combination of technology, improve the social morality". It through some convey ideas, called on people to pay close attention to a social problem, in order to accord with the interests of the public rules to regulate their own behavior, support or advocate a social business or social fashion.

The theme of public service ads is social, its theme content exist profound social basis, it originated from the bitter and the sweet in people daily life and the joys and sorrows. And use its unique creative and profound connotation and art to make advertising means such as immutable way, distinctive position and healthy way to induce the social public right.

And FLASH is only a means, to create FLASH public service ads, FLASH animation compared to traditional form, more easy to accept, it can easily catch the line of sight of people, make people remember to promote products, fused recreational and commercial animation, so use it to animation has become the inevitable trend of the future plane animation development.

In this article, through analyzing the specific case of Flash animation, this paper expounds the Flash animation production has some characteristics, and on the basis of analyzing the future developing prospect of Flash animation.
