Default by TenantIf there is a default in payment of rent or any other breach of this lease by the Tenant, the Leasor may terminate this lease and reclaim possession of the property without notice, without limiting other remedies available under law or equity. In such case, the Tenant shall be responsible for all costs incurred in reclaiming possession of the property, including reasonable legal fees and expenses.8. Eviction and PossessionIn case of default by Tenant, Leasor may institute eviction proceedings against Tenant, or proceed otherwise under existing law or law to be enacted for re-entry into and possession of leased premises, or any part thereof and to exclude Tenant from further enjoyment thereof; Leasor may also proceed againstTenant for damages for such default in payment of rent or breach of any other term or condition of this lease as may be sustained by Leasor thereby.9.
