Hongwuwo waterway reporting line(L4): the line connecting Point C(22°55′29〞N/113°35′48〞E) to Point D（22°55′24〞N/113°35′11〞E).
(5)东莞江口报告线（L5）：坭洲头角与坭洲跨江电缆东塔连线， 即 E 点（22°54′04〞N/113°34′28〞E）与 F 点（22°53′10〞N/113°34′30〞 E）的连线；
东莞VTS中心依据《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》、《中 华人民共和国内河交通安全管理条例》、《中华人民共和国船舶交 通管理系统安全监督管理规则》、《东莞船舶交通管理系统安全监 督管理细则（试行）》等有关法律、法规和规章在本VTS管理服务 区域实施船舶交通管理，提供交通服务，支持联合行动。 Dongguan VTS Center manages vessel traffic, provides vessels traffic service and supports allied services within Dongguan VTS Area in accordance with relevant rules and regulations such as the Maritime Traffic Safety Laws of P.R.C, the Safety Management Regulations of Vessel Traffic Service of P.R.China, the Detailed Rules of Safety Management of Dongguan Vessel Traffic Service (Provisional).
Dongguan VTS Center is responsible for implementing vessel traffic management within its assigned VTS Area.

The Configurations and Functions of Dongguan VTS (1) 雷达监控子系统：18 海里作用距离具有跟踪重放功能 Radar Surveillance Sub-system: Effective range of 18 nautical miles with tracking and replaying function. (2) AIS 子系统： 30 海里作用距离能够自动识别船舶，具有发 送和接受 AIS 信息功能 AIS Sub-system：Effective range of 30 nautical miles and be capable of automatically identifying ships, sending and receiving AIS messages. (3) VHF 通信子系统：30 海里作用距离，具有多频道录音功能 VHF Communications Sub-system: Effective range of 30 nautical miles with multi-channel recording function. (4) 船舶数据处理子系统： 船舶数据处理能力 4,500 艘次 Ship Data Processing Sub-system: processing capacity of 4,500 ships (5) CCTV 监控子系统：辅助监控辖区码头、船舶动态 CCTV Surveillance Sub-system: supplementary surveillance of terminals operations and vessel movements. (6) 数据记录与重放子系统： 具有音频、视频和雷达图像回放功 能 Data recording and playback Sub-system: Data recording and playback of audio, visual and radar image.
Dongguanjiang estuary reporting line(L5): the line connecting Nizhoutoujiao Point E（22°54′04〞N/113°34′28〞E）and East Nizhou cable tower Point F（22°53′10〞N/113°34′30〞E）.

引言 Foreword
本指南的目的是向用户简明介绍东莞船舶交通管理系统（简称 东莞 VTS 系统）的概况，中华人民共和国东莞海事局（东莞 VTS 中 心）有关船舶交通管理和服务方面的要求及相关情况，以保障船舶 航行安全，维护水上交通秩序，提高交通效率，保护水域环境，促 进航运生产发展，增进 VTS 中心与用户之间的理解和合作。
Dongguan VTS, established by Dongguan Maritime Safety Administration, is a system that manages and controls vessel traffic and provides information services in order to strengthen the safety of vessel traffic, maintain vessel traffic order, improve vessel traffic efficiency and protect marine environment.
东莞 VTS 是指为加强船舶交通安全，维护水上交通秩序，提高 交通效率，保护水域环境，由东莞海事局设置的对船舶实施交通管 理并提供咨询服务的系统。
东莞 VTS 中心在本 VTS 区域内，负责具体实施船舶交通管理工 作。 This Guide provides a brief introduction to Dongguan Vessel Traffic Service center (hereinafter referred to as Dongguan VTS), and requirements to participate Dongguan VTS service. The purpose is to promote navigation safety, maintain traffic order, improve traffic efficiency and eΒιβλιοθήκη Baiduhance environmental protection, promote the development of the shipping industry and achieve better understanding and cooperation between VTS Center and users.

1. 东莞 VTS 的组成
The Composition of Dongguan VTS System 东莞 VTS 由莲花山雷达站、坭洲头雷达站、大角山雷达站和东 莞 VTS 中心组成(包括 AIS/CCTV 的集成)。 Dongguan VTS consists of Dongguan VTS Center （ including AIS/CCTV） and radar stations located at Lianhuasan, Nizhoutou and Dajiaosan. 2. 东莞 VTS 系统构成及性能
Taiping waterway southern reporting line(L7): the line connecting Point G （ 22°46′20 〞 N/113°39′03 〞 E ） to Point H （ 22°45′36 〞 N/113°39′24〞E）.
Hongwuwo waterway reporting line(L4): the line connecting Point C(22°55′29〞N/113°35′48〞E) to Point D（22°55′24〞N/113°35′11〞E).
