◦外语教学与研究英语读写结合新方式戴曦摘要:读写结合是一个老话题,但是,效果一直不是很明显,究其原因,不是读写结合不对,而是缺少一个重要的环节:联 系’’,“阅读”联系“写作’’,“写作”联系“阅读’’,这样的读写目标明确,效果显著。

本文主要探析如何高效运用高中英语阅读教学“读写+联”教学模式。

关键词:读写+联;阅读教学;写作教学;新方式一、“读写+联”的针对问题英语教学有两个重要方面,一是阅读,二是写作。

而阅 读与写作的关系是英语教学界长期讨论的问题。

以读促写也是教改过程中很多教师一直尝试的教学模式。

但是,讨论很多,讨论很久,却莫衷一是,效果甚微。

究其原因,主要是阅读教学时,对单个字词和句子结构的分析和理解耗时太久,以至于最终写作要求就会大而化之;而写作教学的时候,布置的写作任务与阅读篇章的结构、主题、写作特点和方法等方面联系不够紧密。

看起来是一节读写结合课,可是学生的写作水平并没有以阅读文本为依托得到明显提高。

二、“读写+联”的理论侬据(一) 语篇分析理论程晓堂综合众多专家对语篇分析理论的观点进行了概括,针对英语教师提出如下建议和看法:第一,语言的基本单位不是句子,更不是词汇,而应该是语篇。

语篇可长可短。

第二,语言教学应该帮助学生从语篇的角度来理解语言、学 习语言和使用语言,不能孤立地以词汇或句子为单位来学习语言,要注意学习语篇的功能和结构模式。

由此可见语篇分析理论揭示了语言教学的核心对象是语段或者文章。

(二) 输出假设理论Swain(1985:248)的输出假设理论认为:二语习得不仅需要可理解性的输入,也需要可理解性的输出。

输出的四个功能:第一,增加语言的流利度;第二,提高学习者对预演形式的注意程度,揭示所想与所能之间的差距;第三,帮助学习者检验语言假设;第四,促进学习者对语言形式的反思能力。

2.复合词的分解联想法:教学单词时,对于一些复合词我们可以教会学生采用分解联想记忆单词的方法,如:classmate??同班同学:class(班级),mate(伙伴) ;同班同学? 班级(class) 里的伙伴(mate) 是同班同学。

其实如postman,grapefruit 等这类词,我们也可以让学生分开得拼读单词,运用分解、联想的方法认读理解单词。

3.音标辅助法:教师在平时的教学中也可以把音标教学作为一部分内容来上,这样便可以引导学生利用音标进行识记单词。

在我班上我发动学生每人备好一本pocket dictionary,平时学生在阅读中碰到难词时,可以让学生在字典中进行查阅,借助音标认读单词。

其实也为以后的英语教学作好铺垫。

(二)把好单词积累关。

扩大词汇量,是提高阅读能力的基础所在。

英语词汇是学习英语的基础,如果没有词汇,任何形式的交流都无从谈起。

所以要学好英语,掌握、积累单词是首先。

一般来说,小学英语教材中教学词汇按类出现,如:运动类、颜色类、天气类等等,每一类安排6-8 个单词。

对于学有余力的学生来说,教师在确保书本内容的基础上,我都在教室黑板上专门腾出一栏是“Word Bank”,适当补充一些相关的同类单词,可以更好地扩大学生的词汇量,让学生学到更多书本以外的知识。
