一、贴片式三极管的定义和结构
贴片式三极管,又称表面贴装三极管,是一种半导体三极管,采用表面贴装技术(SMT)安装在电路板上。

它由三个区域组成:n 型区(发射极)、p 型区(基极)和n 型区(集电极)。

发射极和集电极由n 型半导体制成,而基极由p 型半导体制成。

三个区域通过P-N 结相连,形成一个完整的三极管结构。

根据电流放大系数不同,贴片式三极管可分为两类:NPN 型和PNP 型。
