外籍教师教学管理条例(中英文)外籍教师应遵守我院的工作制度和有关外国专家的管理规定,接受五系的工作安排、业务指导,检查和评估。
具体条例如下:1.外籍教师须在五系负责人的指导下,根据要求制定并严格执行教学计划,完成教学目标。
2.外籍教师应根据教学大纲和教学日历的安排,认真备课,编写电子教案,并在该学期末将电子教案经由合作教师上交五系资料室归档保存。
3.外籍教师应严格要求学生,及时了解学习情况, 主动听取学生对教学的意见;认真上课及批改作业,做好课外辅导答疑工作;严肃认真地主持学生考试,评分准确, 客观反映学生的真实水平;教学上如遇到重大问题,应及时与五系反映。
4.外籍教师应积极参加教研室会议及相关的教学活动,自觉接受院外办和五系对外教工作进行的不定期检查(检查的方法包括:上班听课、个别交谈、座谈、查看备课记录及作业批改情况等)。
5.外籍教师应维护学院正常教学秩序,执行教学计划,不随意调课缺课。
若有特殊情况调课或停课,须提前3天向五系提出书面申请,办理请假手续。
6.外籍教师必须提前两周上交所授课程的期末考试试题(A卷、B卷),并遵守学校的有关规定,对学生进行期中考试。
7.试卷要符合学院的要求。
期末成绩的总评包含两个部分,即平时成绩与期末试卷成绩。
平时成绩(占30%)=出勤率(10%) +(学生课堂表现+ 作业)(10%)+期中考试(10%); 期末试卷成绩占70%。
8.外籍教师应按照学校的要求,参加所授课程的监考工作, 并严格遵守监考人员守则.9.考试结束后,外籍教师将试卷送回办公室。
三日内在办公室内完成批改试卷、上传成绩及填写试卷分析的工作。
然后将学生试卷、成绩单(一式两份)、试卷分析交给五系外籍教师管理秘书。
10.外籍教师要遵守我院的时间安排, 在每学期末还必须交齐以下教学资料:点名册、电子教案、听课笔记。
Regulations for Foreign Teachers Teaching ManagementForeign teachers shall observe Suqian College’s working system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept the arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation in regard to their work. The following are some detailed requirements for foreign teachers’ teaching management.1. Foreign teachers shall make a teaching plan for the course assigned under the direction of the English Majors Teaching and Research Section, and strictly carry it out.2. Foreign teachers shall follow the course syllabus and the schedule to make good preparations for each lesson before class; type each teaching plan and turn them in to the Fifth Department at the end of each semester.3. Foreign teachers shall set strict demands on students, communicate with the students to get the feedback timely; assign homework to students and assess it carefully in time, coaching students after class; examine seriously and score accurately; timely contact the Fifth Department in case of any big problem.4. Foreign teachers shall take an active part in teaching activities and accept from the college the irregular inspection such as attending classes, holding informal conversations or discussions, checking the preparation records of lessons and students’ homework, etc.5. Foreign teachers shall safeguard the normal teaching order, and implement teaching plans. Each teacher’s teaching schedule, which has been confirmed, shall not be changed at will. Anyone who wishes to adjust his/her classes or readjust the classrooms shall get permitted by producing a written application the Fifth Department three days in advance. Any early class dismissal or being late for class without any reason is not allowed.6. Foreign teachers shall hand in the final examination papers A and B two weeks in advance, complying with the relevant regulations of the college to examine thestudents at the end of the semester.7. The paper must be up to the college requirement. The final academic result consists of two parts, namely the average performance and the score of the final paper. The average performance takes up 30%= attendance (10%) + participation + assignments/ journals/ papers/ discussion (10%) + midterm score (10%); the score of the final paper takes up 70%.8. Foreign teachers shall follow the college requirements; supervise the assigned examinations, strictly obeying the invigilator regulations.9. After the examination, foreign teachers shall send back the papers to the assigned office. Within three days finish marking the papers, uploading the results and analyzing the papers, then hand in the papers, transcripts (in duplicate), and papers analysis to the Secretary of Foreign teachers’ management of the Fifth Department.10. In addition, foreign teachers shall follow the college schedule, and at the end of each semester turn in the following teaching materials: name rosters, electronic lesson plans, and lecture-attending notes.The Fifth Department 2007/9/4。

Lesson Plans教学计划a)Teacher must complete and submit his/her teaching plan in term of Semester Teaching Plan/Weekly TeachingPlan/and Each Lesson Plan. Those plan can be done by filling out the settled form of each kind.教师必须认真撰写其教学计划。
包括学期计划、周计划和每节课的教学计划。
这些计划用专用表格构成。
Teachers must complete and submit Semester Teaching Plan within two weeks after the commencement of each semester.其中学期计划必须在每个学期开学后两周内上交。
Teachers must complete and submit lesson plans two days before class教师必须是前两天内完全确定本周教学计划。
b) Teachers must complete and submit a brief class summary (part of lesson plan) after every class 教师必须于每节课后完成一份简单的课堂教学总结(作为教学计划的一部分)。
c) In the event of a missed class, teachers are responsible for communicating the lesson plan (if they haven’t been previously submitted) to the substitute teacher因故缺课的教师有责任交待教学计划(如果未能预先确定)给代课教师。
d) If teachers want to do a special class (ie field trip outside), a detailed plan must be submitted five days before class. 1) Late arrival of more than ten minutes (without making up the time at end of class), orearly dismissal of any time shall be grounds for a 50 RMB deduction in the teacher’s salary 迟到超过10分钟(在课后若未能补回来)或任何早退行为都将罚款50RMB。
2) Missing entire classes shall grounds for a 160 RMB/hr deduction.缺课者将被按每小时160RMB罚款。

3. During class课堂教学*The following terms have been set out with one common goal: optimize the education of the students. Therefore, any leeway is meant to allow for any adjustment needed to reach that common goal.以下条款致力于一个共同目标:学生的教育教学,因而达到该目标的方式方法调整是允许的。
a) Teachers must carry out and teach the lesson according to plan, in an educational, responsible and fun manner教师必须以教育性负责任和趣味性按计划完成教学活动。
b) Teachers are responsible for incorporating all discipline and disciplining of students into their own teaching. If need more cooperation, please see T/A’s responsibilities for details. And according to Chinese laws, teachers must be fully responsible for students’ safety.教师的责任是维持课堂教学纪律和学生教学活动中的纪律性,如须更多配合(详见TA职责)。
并且根据中国法律,教师对学生安全负全责。
C)Teachers must learn to have the ability to control the whole class with assistance from TA. Teachers must keep eyeson the whole class instead of only focusing on a couple of good students while leave the others at large. That is, it is teachers’ responsibility to interest all students in English study by various of exercises, games, and activities related to the lesson. No activities/games/ unrelated to the teaching is encouraged in classes.教师必须在教学实践中,在TA的协助下,不断发展自己对课堂教学的整体把握能力。
教师的教学应该照顾到整个班级而不是仅仅专注于某些“好学生”而对其他学生放任自流,坐视不管。
换言之,教师有责任通过各种方式来激发全班的学生对其英语教学感兴趣,这些方式包括与教学内容有关的模仿演练、游戏、活动等。
不鼓励课堂上进行一些无助于教学内容的单纯性游戏/活动。
d)When teachers ask students doing games/events/activities in classes, the possible hazardousfactors of thegames/events/activities must be taken into considerations and special attentions must be paid to the students in the performances of those activities. Appropriate actions must be taken immediately to stop any possible risk if necessary. Teachers must have a good communications and coordination with TA before and in those activities.外教做游戏时,要特别注意学生的安全及其行为,TA要帮助外教讲清楚游戏规则和安全所注意事项,一发现有任何潜在的危险,必须马上停止活动。
外教要在活动前和活动中与TA进行很好的沟通和配合。
杜绝危险及与教学内容无关的游戏。
e) Any physical punishments or related activities are forbidden. Any insulting language or any speech that may cause an insult to students are not allowed. Teachers are always welcome to correct students’ mistakes in a friendly manner and positive attitude.严禁教师以任何方式或理由体罚学生。
严禁教师使用任何侮辱性语言或可能对学生产生被侮辱感的语言。
