摘要
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展、交通基础设施的不断改善和机动车保有量的快速增加,加油站己成为民众生活中不可或缺的一部分。在我国,加油站经历了一个由少到多、由分散经营到规模经营、由单一经济成分向多种经济成分、由经验型管理向专业化管理、由单品种经营向多种经营转化的发展过程。
如何管理加油站成品油的库存显得十分的重要,加油站成品油库存管理的意义,不是简单的库存量的需求、计划、补库的问题,而是通过库存管理,使得加油站成品油库存量处于相对科学、合理的水平,防止出现超储积压或缺油的现象,从而满足市场与的需要,给客户提供满意的增值服务。合理地占用库存资金,会降低库存总成本,从而给加油站带来相应的增值利润,进而提高加油站的市场竞争力。
本文根据多年的加油站成品油库存管理经验,结合供应链理论、库存理论,研究和处理涉及加油站成品油的需求、采购、运输、库存管理、盘点、盘盈量等库存管理问题,提出加油站成品油库存管理的改进意见和成品油入库流程的改进想法。

ABSTRACT
In recent years , with the rapid development of China's national economy, improving transportation infrastructure and the rapid increase in the amount of motor vehicle ownership , gas stations has become an indispensable part of people's lives . In China, the gas station gone from less to more, from decentralized management to scale to a variety of economic sectors, to professional management , transformation to a diversified economic elements from a single type of experience is managed by a single species management development process.
How to manage the inventory of refined oil stations is very important , question the significance stations refined oil inventory management , not a simple inventory needs , planning, replenishment , but through inventory management, so that the finished fuel stocks at service stations relative scientific and rational level , to prevent a backlog or lack of oil reserves over the phenomenon , to meet the needs of the market and , to provide customers with value-added services . Reasonably occupied stock funds , will reduce the total cost of inventory , thus corresponding to the gas station to bring value-added profits , and to improve the market competitiveness of the gas station .
Based on many years of management experience in the gas station oil inventories , combined with supply chain theory , inventory theory, research and treatment involving gas station oil products demand , procurement, transportation , inventory management , inventory, inventory management and other issues overage amount proposed refueling station refined oil inventory management improvements and refined oil storage process improvement ideas.
