Pursuant to the Constit ution of the People’s Republic of China and the Urban Real Estate Administration Law of the People's Republic of China,to protect the legitimate interest of the co-owners of the house, the co-ownership listed in the certificate which is applied for registration by the co-owners has been examined and verified, this certificate is hereby issued.

NOTES

1.This certificate is a legal paper of the co-owner to the co-owned

house, and enjoys equivalent legal force as the house

proprietorship certificate. House co-proprietorship right is under

the protection of the Law of the People’s Republic of China.

2.In case of any change in co-ownership right, the obligee shall

need to hold this house co-ownership certificate and other relevant

certificates and go to the real estate proprietorship registration

organ of the local people’s government for registration within the

specified time limit.

3.Any organization or individual other than the issuer and filler

shall not make notes or affix stamp on this certificate.

4.This certificate should be kept properly, and the holder should

apply for reissue of this certificate in case of loss or damage in
