5 AC motor transfer test standard

The test items of 5.0.1 AC motor are as follows:

First, the insulation resistance and absorption ratio of the measuring coil;

Two 、 DC resistance of measuring coil;

Three. AC withstand voltage test of stator coil;

Four. AC withstand voltage test of rotor winding of wound rotor motor;

Five. AC withstand voltage test of rotor coil of synchronous motor;

Six. Measure the insulation resistance of variable resistor, starter resistor and de excitation resistor;

Seven. Measure the DC resistance of variable resistor, starter resistor and de excitation resistor;

Eight. Measure the insulation resistance of motor bearings;

Nine. Check the polarity of stator coil and the correctness of

its connection;

Note: (1) motors under 40 kW are tested in accordance with the first, sixth item in this article;

(2) AC motor installed in coal mine or other explosion dangerous places can not be AC withstand voltage test.

Article 5.0.2 insulation resistance and absorption ratio of measuring coil.

A rated voltage below 1000 volts, room temperature insulation resistance should not be less than 500 billion ohm; rated voltage of 1000 volts and above, the insulation resistance near the operation temperature value of the stator coil should be not less than 1 / kV megohm, rotor coil should be not less than 500 billion / kV Europe; insulation resistance temperature conversion can refer to appendix three;

The absorption ratio should be measured at two or more than 1000 volts, the absorption ratio should be no less than 1.2, and the phase separation should be measured when necessary.

Note: (1) before the AC withstand voltage test, the insulation of the coil should meet the requirements of this clause one or two;

(2) AC withstand voltage test of the motor, when its insulation resistance value is close to the operating temperature (epoxy mica mica)

The motor with an edge is not less than its rated voltage at normal temperature, and can be put into operation at 1 kV per kilo volt. but

The end cover should not be disassembled before the operation.

Article 5.0.3 DC resistance of measuring coil.

The difference between above 1000 Volts or 100 kW motor each phase coil DC resistance should not exceed the minimum value of 2%, without output neutral point of the motor to measure the DC resistance between the lines, their mutual differences should not exceed the minimum value of 1%.

Article 5.0.4 AC withstand voltage test of motor stator coil.

The test voltage standard is specified in table 5.0.4.
