我们这届的流程是网申,一笔,一面,二面,二笔。
网申先说说网申,分性格测试和逻辑测试。
性格测试这个东西,我听到的建议是BeYourself,我也是这么做的。
至于很多人所说的标准答案,我反正没试过,更不建议大家用那个。
首先标准答案就算能通过,也未必是一个最高的分数。
性格测试的结果应该是分等级的,而不是准确分数。
比如说有1-5分,也许在招人的大年,4.5分可以过网申,但在招人的小年只有5分才能过。
所以过去的标准答案未必就能帮你通过网申。
更重要的是,如果你靠标准答案过了网申,那并不是真实的你,这样在两轮的面试中,早晚会暴露自己的问题。
我的建议是,与其去看什么标准答案,不如好好看看宝洁的文化和对员工的要求,并好好审视一下自己,看看自己是否符合宝洁的文化,是否达到宝洁的要求。
如果能借此机会让自己在反省中成长,也不失为一件好事。
一笔就是考托业,基本的商务英语。
一面一面主要是问你简历上的东西其实在接到一面通知以前,我就已经开始准备一面的内容了。
倒不是说我就自我感觉那么良好,而是未雨绸缪是我的习惯。
就算宝洁不给我一面,我准备的内容早晚会用到。
什么事都要尽早准备,有时一个难得的机会,恰恰就在于你是否比别人早一点准备,甚至只是早一天。
所以在一面之前,我已经把自己的简历做了充分的挖掘。
这里有一点特别重要,准备简历面试时,你要做的是挖掘简历,而绝不是编造简历。
为什么?很简单,面试的人那么那么多,编造的简历往往是相似的,而你对自己简历的挖掘,却可以展示一个与众不同的你。
相信很多公司和宝洁一样,关注的绝不仅仅是你做了怎样的事,更重要的是你是怎么做得这件事,你的收获是什么。
同样的事,不同的人有不同的做法,也就会有不同的收获。
所以,挖掘相同事情背后的不同,才是真正重要的。
不记得一面面试官是谁了……当时我介绍了大学里做过的所有课题,她最初对我的其中一个通过人流量分析商圈中不同地点的潜在购买力的课题很感兴趣,然后我们就展开谈了这个课题。

周二商务谈判培训的时候测试发现,真的不是盖的,非常准! 非实验区的朋友们快来测一下...每道题有四个选项,你认为最符合你的那个选项打4分,其他三个依次打3、2、1分,每道题限做10秒钟,(目的是为了测试你的潜意识,) 否则就不准了。
最后分别把黑桃、红桃、草花、方块的分数分别相加(四块总分为300分,少了肯定算错!),得分最高那个就是你偏向的性格了,那么来试试吧。

”面试的必考题目,首先要注意的一点是在介绍内容上要与个人简历相一致,如果之前做了不同形式的简历,则要注意不与所投的简历相出入,不能自相矛盾。
最好求职前先以文字的形式写出简介,并熟读熟背。
特别注意突出自己的能力和素质,要与所应聘的职位相关,不谈无关、无用的内容。
2.“谈谈家庭情况。
”面试官是希望从你的家庭教育背景中判断你的素质。

3.“有什么业余爱好”业余爱好也反映一个人的性格特点。

”不宜说自己没有缺点,不宜把那些明显的优点说成缺点(比如我最大的缺点是干活拼命之类),那会让面试官觉得你虚伪。
但又不宜说出会严重影响所应聘工作的缺点,比如应聘财会说自己“丢三落四”。
可以说出一些对于所应聘工作“无关紧要”的缺点,甚至一些表面上看是缺点、从工作的角度看却是优点的缺点,比如应聘销售,说自己“有时候喜欢胡思乱想,出一些怪主意”。
2.“谈谈你第一次失败的经历。

应聘宝洁考试经验谈
眼下是大学生就业应聘的季节,我今年上半年应聘宝洁,一个月中,过五关斩六将通过了一轮又一轮的笔试面试,那种紧张兴奋的心情现在还能真切地感受到。
应聘宝洁,基本上是如下顺序:网上申请——性格测试——难题测试——英文托业考试(TOEIC)——首轮面试——最终面试。
而我的经历却有些特别。
网上申请要向宝洁美国总部服务器提交,当时我的校园网上不去,就专门跑到网吧,申请到一半突然发现还要递交英文简历,于是第2天再去重新申请,结果网上申请的通道已经关闭。
按宝洁规定在网上申请后24小时内,美国总部才会把性格测试题发到你的电子邮箱中,我没申请上就没有了性格测试的机会,更不用想再继续应聘下去了。
由于宝洁的招聘公告明明还有两天才到申请截止日期,我思前想后,最终鼓起勇气给宝洁公司的招聘人员打了电话,最终我得到了参加笔试的机会。
宝洁的笔试分为难题测试和英文托业考试两部分。
前一种采用宝洁全球通用试题中文版,主要是考察数学计算和语文阅读。
而托业考试TOEIC是为各大跨国公司招聘,提升人才提供英语测试,重视对考生在商务环境下使用英语实际能力的测试,因此号称“商业托福”。
宝洁招聘考试首先开始的是难题测试,内容全部是关于销售额、成本、增长率等等的计算,而且信息基本上都以图表和表格形式给出,要自己找出对你有用的数字,另外还有一些关于公司文化和经营理念的阅读理解。
虽然题目简单但题量和计算量惊人,50道题要求55分钟内答完,基本要求一分钟做一道。
我和所有人一样不加思索地开始埋头苦按计算器。
但算过几道题之后,我觉得即使靠计算器也未必能把所有题目按时答完,此时又发现其实很多答案给的都不是精确的数而是约数。
这让我猛地想到了以前看过一篇关于MBA的文章,里面说“估算”对于领导者和决策者是一种极其重要的能力,能不能在信息模糊的条件下以估算来决策,往往是决定成败的关键。
于是,我便尝试对下面的题目不进行细算,而是从大体上估算一个范围,果然发现有好几道题可以用此方法直接得到答案。
