DIALOGUE25 Ask for direction
P: Excuse me, can you show me the way to the baggage claim area? I am an athlete for 29th Olympic Games, all my sports equipment is inside them. S: Certainly, the baggage claim area is located on the first floor. Look that is the passenger arrivals direction board. Please follow the arrows and go straight ahead, then you will get to the hall on the first floor and then you will find the baggage claim area. And pleas look for your flight number on the monitor to see to which baggage carouse to go. P: Ok, thank for your help.
S: It’s my pleasure. And I hope everything goes well.

旅客:你好!请问你能告诉我到哪里提取行李吗?我是29届奥运会的参赛选手,我的运动器械都在行李里呢。
职员:当然可以。行李提取处设在一楼。您看那是到港旅客的指示方向,请您按照箭头所指方向一直往前走,到达一楼大厅后,您就会看到行李提取处。还有就是请您从行李显示屏上查询您航班所相对应的行李转盘号码,然后去相应的行李转盘去提取行李。
旅客:谢谢你。
职员:这是我应该做的。并且祝您一切顺利。
Dialogue 26 transfer passenger services (1)
S: Are there any passenger transfer to New York by flight CA981?
P: Excuse me, I am a transfer passenger to New York by flight CA981. S: Ok, Please wait here for a moment, I will show you the way to the international departure area. All the passengers transfer to New York follow me please. Now you can claim your baggage here, and go to the transfer check-in counter over there. After all the settles, you can go to the international departure area on the second floor. At there you need complete the formalities like go through the customs, frontier inspection and so on. 旅客:我转机去纽约。

P: Hello, I just came from Guangzhou by flight CA1310, I intend to go to London by CA931, what should I do now?
S: Please wait for me for a moment, after all transfer passengers gathering, I will show you the way to the transfer section where you complete the immigration formalities.
P: Ok, thanks.
S: Excuse me, follow me please. Please fill in the disembarkation card and wait for immigration officers and security check personnel.
P: I have already checked my baggage through, need I claim them out and go through the customs?
S: No,you needn’t. Your baggage will be checked by customs officers automatically through the customs check machine. If the customs don't find any problems on your baggage, you can go through the immigration formalities and then go to your boarding gate.

职员:不需要,您的行李会自动接受海关人员的检查,如果没有问题的话,您就可以办理出境手续,到达指定的登机口候机了。

S: I am sorry, the boarding gate for 1329 is not to be decided now, please listen to announcements or ask our staff before boarding.
P: Ok, thank you.

S: Excuse me, Mr.Li, we are very sorry to inform you that you can’t catch your connecting flight to France today, since the previous flight arrived late.
P: How come? What will you do for me now? Do you make some arrangement for me? Do you have alternative flight to France today? It is not my
