益智亲水凝胶骨架片的制备

摘要:目的:制备益智亲水凝胶骨架片。方法:以羟丙甲基纤维素为骨架材料制备亲水凝胶骨架片,以栀 子苷、人参皂苷R g1、人参皂苷R b1和三七皂苷R1为评价指标,考察各因素对益智亲水凝胶骨架片体外释放的影 响,优化处方和工艺。结果:辅料用量为20%且H P M C K15M:H P M C K4M为1:13时,以粉末直接压片法制备的益智亲水 凝胶骨架片在12h内持续释药,达到缓释效果,且释药曲线平稳,3批验证f2因子均大于50。结论:以羟丙甲基纤 维素为骨架材料,粉末直接压片可制得缓释效果理想的益智亲水凝胶骨架片。
Abstract: Objective: To prepare Yizhi hydrogel matrix tablets. Methods: Using ose
(HPMC) as the main carrier, gardenin, Panax Notoginseng Saponins R1, ginsenoside Rg1, and ginsenoside Rb1 were used to investigate the influence of factors in vitro releasing, to optimize formulations and preparation. Results: As 20% of the amount of materials and HPMCK15M: HPMCK4M=1:13 were used, Yizhi hydrophilic matrix prepared by direct powder compression can sustained release in 12h, displaying constant release effect, and the release curve smooth, three batches of authentication f2 factors were greater than 50. Conclusion: HPMC as matrix material, powder pellets can be obtained the desired effect of sustainedrelease Yizhi hydrophilic matrix. Yizhi hydrophilic matrix prepared by using HPMC as matrix material and using direct powder compression as preparation method displayed constant release profile.
