摘要

二十一世纪经济化发觉的新形势,使企业面临着更加残酷激烈的啊国际化市场竞争的挑战,要在竞争中求得生存和进展,企业就必须坚持以人为本,注重人力资源的开发,把职员的学习培训作为企业建设进展中的一个战略性问题,予以高度重视。进行企业职员培训费战略地位的研究、对当前企业职员培训存在问题的分析和企业职员培训机制的创新、培训措施的实施,这既是企业小时生存的需要,也是企业长远进展的必定要求。

本文共分六章,第一章为引言,分三节介绍论文的研究背景、研究目的和研究方法;第二章介绍了职员培训的理论综述,共分四节,分不介绍了职员培训的含义、目的、作用、原则、内容、方法和新趋势;第三章介绍的是沈阳华夏旅行社有限公司
