理解短文,正确完成相应的练习。
教学难点:
能在阅读训练中提高阅读能力;掌握句子在发音上的停顿技巧。
教学准备:
单词卡片、wenku.baidu.com学光盘
教学过程:
Step 1: Warm-up
1.播放本单元歌曲“What do you want to do?”学生跟唱,活跃气氛。
2.教师拿出单词卡片,随便抽取本单元单词,与学生对话:
Unit 5 What does he do?

Let's check&Let's wrap it up
教学目标:
1.能听懂“Let's check”部分的听力,并完成练习。
2.能完成“Let's wrap it up”部分的练习,完成填空。
3.能灵活运用本单元所学知识,提高语言综合运用能力。
教学重点:
T: What does he/she do?
S: He/She is a/an….
T: Where does he/she work?
S: He/She works in/at…
T: How does he/she go to work?
S: He/She goes to work…
Step 2: Presentation
(1)What does Amy’s father do? (a policeman)
His father is a policeman.
(2)Where does your aunt work? (a school)
My aunt works in a school.
(3)How does he go to school? (by car)
1.先引导学生观察图片并阅读问题,让学生了解所要听的话题,带着问题去听;播放听力,让学生完成连线练习;核对答案,并再次播放听力,完成问答练习。
2.完成“Let's wrap it up”部分练习。
首先引导学生完成填空练习,引导学生该怎样提问(注意区分what, how, where),并核对答案,指导提问技巧,分组提问,教师可以先示范提问,如:
factory worker, postman, businessman , police officer,fisherman,scientist,pilot,coach
教学反思:
本课时主要围绕听力练习以及提问练习展开,考察语言的灵活运用能力。教师以师生对话的方式,复习本单元的重点单词、短语,并利用口语交际的形式复习本单元的重点句子,为语言的灵活运用打下基础,接着老师引导完成听力练习和提问练习。
He goes to school by car.
(4)What does she like? (drawing pictures)
She likes drawing pictures.
Step 4: Homework
总结本单元的重点知识点。
板书设计:

Part B: Let's check & Let's wrap it up
S1: Mary has a hat.
T: Sorry, I didn't hear you. What does Mary have?
可以再写更多不同的句子,然后生生模仿师生对话,练习提问,灵活运用语言。

课堂小练习:根据括号里的提示回答问题。
教学难点:
