Narcotics, alcohol and drug management regulations

1.麻醉药品控制Narcotics control

1.1.本公司船舶不配备麻醉药品。

Our ship is not equipped with narcotic drugs.

1.2.船员私人不准携带麻醉药品上船。

The crew private are not permitted to take narcotic drugs on board.

2.酒精（含酒类）控制

Alcohol control (including wine)

2.1.任何船员在任何时候都应考虑到酒精对人体健康的影响，尤其必须考虑到不能因为饮

酒而影响在紧急情况下的反应和判断能力。因此，任何船员饮酒不应过量，更不得酗酒；船长应随时控制酒类消耗，使当值船员在不受酒精毒害的情况下进行工作、能够随时准备应付可能发生的紧急情况。

Any crew at any time should consider alcohol effects on human health, especially must consider alcohol influence one’s response and judgment under an emergency because of drinking alcohol. Therefore, any crew should not drink excessively, nor drink too much; The captain shall control alcohol consumption at any time, make sure that the crew on duty work well with no alcohol, and can be ready to cope with possible emergency.

2.2.整个航行期间，禁止航行值班人员饮用烈性酒，严禁酗酒。

During the entire voyage, persons on duty are not allowed to drink liquor, drinking a lot of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

2.3.值班/作业船员在开始工作前4小时以内禁止饮酒.

Seamen on duty are prohibited to drink alcohol within four hours before starting to work.

2.4.对饮酒过量者，按违反劳动纪律论处，对不听劝告者，船长应报告公司予以处理。Person who drinks too much shall be disposed as violating labor discipline. If person did not listen to advice, captain shall report the company to deal with.

3.禁毒规定Drug regulations

3.1.船员严禁携带和吸食毒品。Seamen are strictly prohibited to bring and smoke drugs.

3.2.船员严禁贩买和运送毒品。Seamen are strictly prohibited to trafficking and transport

drugs.

3.3.船领导要经常教育船员遵守一切禁毒规定。

Ship leader should often educate the seamen to abide all the drug regulations.

3.4.对有怀疑涉毒人员不准上船或与船员交往。

Suspected drug-related personnel are not allowed on board or contact with seamen.
