The overseas investment listed on the right page of XX XX accords with the relevant regulations of Measures for Overseas Investment Management (Order No.5 [2009] of the Ministry of Commerce), now issues the Certificate of Enterprise’s Overseas Investment.
The company holds the certificate handling the foreign exchange, customs, foreign affairs and other related procedures. The company fails to engage in the overseas investment which listed on the right page within two years from the day of receiving this certificate and the certificate will cease to be in force.
The company develops the overseas investment business and should seriously abide by the related laws, regulations and policies inside and outside China.
