This paper mainly introduces the design of an intelligent temperature control system which realizes the function of temperature measurement and control by using single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and single chip microcomputer. The core components of the system are AT89C51 microcontroller and DS18B20 temperature sensor.
• 肝功能示:谷丙转氨酶 45 U/L ↑,胆汁酸 10.8 umol/L ↑, 腺苷脱氨酶 25.0 U/L ↑,谷氨酰转肽酶 329 U/L ↑,前白 蛋白 189.4 mg/L ↓示肝功能轻度受损,予护肝治疗,肾功 能示:尿酸 373 umol/L ↑示高血尿酸血症,嘱患者低嘌呤 饮食,血脂示:甘油三脂 3.78 mmol/L ↑,载脂蛋白A 1.80 g/L ↑,脂蛋白a 766 mg/L ↑示高脂血症,嘱患者低脂 饮食,心肌酶示:CK同工酶MB 27 U/L ↑,乳酸脱氢酶 304 U/L ↑,缺血修饰蛋白 62.2 IU/ml ↓。血沉 63 mm/h ↑。 大便常规示:白细胞 44.00 /ul ↑患者无泌尿系感染征象, 必要时复查。继观。即环磷酰胺 1200mg d1,长春新碱 2mg d1,吡柔比星 80mg d1,泼尼松 100mg d1-5)及抑酸 护胃,止呕,护肝等治疗。

病例
患者,女,62岁,骆林华,3月前无明显诱因开始出现腰痛,无 尿频、尿急、尿痛,无腹痛、腹胀,无恶心、呕吐,遂于 2015-8-21就诊于外院,行腹部CT示:右侧肾上腺区肿瘤。完 善相关检查,无明显手术禁忌症,于2015-9-2于全麻下行腹腔 镜下右侧肾上腺区肿瘤切除术,术后病理示:(右肾上腺区)弥 漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,非生发中心细胞来源。遂于09月30日第一 次在我院住院治疗,入院后完善CT结果1.支气管疾患:右下 肺少许纤维条索影2.右侧少量胸腔积液,少量腹腔积3.右侧 肾上腺淋巴瘤术后改变,未见明显复发征象,颈部CT示:上 颈部稍大淋巴结,彩超示:1.双侧颈部多发淋巴结肿2.左侧 腋窝、双侧腹股沟区淋巴结3.双侧锁骨上窝、右侧腋窝未见 明显异常,心脏彩超示:1.左室舒张功能减低2.升主动脉内 径增宽3.主动脉瓣老年性钙化+主动脉瓣返流(轻)4.二尖 瓣返流(轻)+三尖瓣返流(轻)+肺动脉瓣返流(轻), 患者无化疗禁忌症,于10月04日予”CHOP”方案化疗一周期 及抑酸护胃,止呕,护肝等治疗,化疗顺利,复查血常规示 :血小板计数 77 % ↓,予白介素-11升血小板,患者要求 出院
护理诊断

• 活动无耐力 (1)病人取舒适体位,定时翻身,更换姿势。避免
紧身衣服及盖被过厚影响胸廓运动。鼓励病人进行 呼吸训练以提高活动耐力。 (2)缓解期或全部疗程结束后,仍要保证充足休息、 睡眠,有计划的增加及改变运动方式如床上关节主 动、被动运动,床边移动,室内走动,病情允许者 可室外散步,以提高机体免疫力、提高肺活量。
