注:营运按此标准进行店长绩郊综合评比,每周检查、落实、指导,当天检查有问题的根据情况进行适当扣分,月底汇总

工效=考核系数×绩效工资总额

3、连接三个月超过4 次考核最低者进行负激励或降级处理。

4、连接三个月达到前三者优秀者,对该店过行一次性现金奖励。

5、根据具体情况,总经理有权对绩效结果进行调整。
