As for this, some people supports that Ice Bucket Challenge will make public know more about the disease; while others, contending that it is unhealthy for the body and become a practice of entertainment and commercial tendencies. In my opinion, I agree with the former one.
To begin with, Ice Bucket Challenge is an effective way of raising attention to ALS, which will make ALS patients feel warm and kind. Secondly, many people, who suffer from ALS, are lack of money. Considering financial dilemma, the ALS patients have to tolerate the torture of the disease. With the large amount of donation, ALS patients are given a slim chance of survival and hope. Lastly, as more and more people pay attention to the disease, there will be more research on ALS, which will make it more possible that a new treatment is produced. A new treatment, eradicating the ALS, is the best way of resolvingthe dilemma of ALS.
In conclusion, Ice Bucket Challenge plays an important role in saving the life of ALS patients, and it also make the society be full of warmth and kindness. Therefore, it’s time for us to help ALS patients.。
