1.实训的目的及意义

The currency of today's world, English is used widely ,and it has beco me an international language. Its popularity reflected everywhere in the world, it is showed in the international political, economy, science and t echnology, culture ,the change of academic information and other fields, th ere are one thirds population are speaking in English ,three quarters of the TV program is English programes, in the United,those most of Nations rega rd English as working language, what’s more, English language be used to change and send information . Thus, English is no substitute and extremely important for the world ,for nations, for human .

A newspaper is a form of modern media, It not only reports a mount of the latest news, at the same time, but also it spread the related culture widely. English newspaper is one of the most real direct materials for English learners to learn some things such as economy, culture, politics of English countries , meanwhile, it is a learning English way for English learners.

Training reading ability is mainly rely on the English textbooks, and the text of the material is too single, reading materials too popular, lack of timeliness, available resources are very scarce, the reading ability of students is difficult to be effective to improve.
