一、培养目标与毕业要求
ⅠEducational Objectives &Requirement
(一)培养目标
(1)身心健康,具备良好的敬业精神、社会责任感和工程职业道德,关注当代全球和社会问题,具有质量意识、环境意识和安全意识。
Have psychosomatic health, be equipped with a high level of professionalism, social responsibility, and engineering professional ethics; Pay close attention to contemporary global problems and social issues, have consciousness of quality, environment and safety.
(2)具备从事交通运输工程,尤其是水路运输工程领域的工程设计和技术服务能力。
Have capability that needed in transportation engineering, especially capability of engineering design and technical service in waterage engineering field.
(3)具有发现问题、分析问题,并综合运用所学的知识解决交通运输系统规划、研究及应用过程中的问题的能力。
Have capability to discover problems,analyze problems,and comprehensively use the learned knowledge to solve problems in the process of design, planning and research for transportation engineering .
(4)具有交通运输系统规划与设计能力,包括阐述问题、数据收集与分析及创造性思维能力。
Have ability of planning and design for transportation system, including problem description, data collection and analysis, and creative thinking .
(5)具有良好的表达能力和沟通能力,具有良好的团队合作意识和一定的创新与研究能力,能够通过终身学习拓展自身的知识和能力。
Be equipped with good expression and communication skills, and have good team work and creative spirit, also can expand one’s knowledge and ability through lifelong learning.
培养具备交通运输组织与决策、现代港口与国际航运管理、交通运输规划及现代物流管理等理
论基础和技能,创新能力强,适应经济社会发展需要,能在国家及各省、市交通运输管理部门、交通运输企事业单位从事交通运输组织、指挥、决策、交通运输企业生产与经营管理、物流管理及研究的高质量工程技术及管理人才。
The four-years program is designed to educate advanced technical and managerial talents with basic knowledge and abilities in transportation organizing and decision-making, modern port and international shipping management, transportation planning and logistics management. On these bases, the talents are able to engage in organizing, commanding, decision-making, and operation management in state, provincial and municipal transportation departments and transport logistics enterprise and institutions.
(二)毕业要求
(1)工程知识:具有较宽的学科背景和综合素养,掌握本专业所需的数学、自然科学、工程基础、专业知识,并能将其用于解决复杂工程问题。
Engineering knowledge: Have wide academic background and comprehensive accomplishment, grasp mathematics, natural science, foundation of engineering and professional knowledge and can use them to solve complex engineering problems.
(2)问题分析:具有逻辑思维能力、系统思维能力及创新能力,具有发现问题的能力,能够运用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析复杂工程问题,以获得有效结论。
Problem analysis: Have the capability of logical thinking, systematic thinking and innovation, have the capability to discover problem, and can use the basic principles of mathematics, natural science and engineering science to identify, express and analyze complex engineering problems by literature research , in order to obtain an effective conclusion.
(3)设计/开发解决方案:能够针对本专业复杂工程问题设计解决方案,创造性地设计满足交通运输专业特定需求的系统、单元(部件)及工艺流程设计,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。
Design / develop solution: Be able to design the solution for complex engineering problems of transportation engineering, Creatively design the system, unit(component) and process flow that can meet the specific needs of transportation major, and the design can reflect the innovation consciousness in the design process, which considered with other factors, such as social health, safety, law, culture ,environment and so on.
(4)研究:能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对本专业复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析和解释数据,并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。
Research: Be able to research the complex engineering problems of transportation major based on the scientific principle and by using scientific methods, including to design of experiments, analyze and explain the data, in addition to get the reasonable conclusion by synthesizing the information .
(5)使用现代工具:能够针对本专业复杂工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具、仿真软件和信息技术工具,包括对复杂工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。
Using modern tools: Be able to develop, select and use appropriate technology, resources, modern engineering tools, simulation software and information technology tools for complex engineering problems of transportation major, including to predict and simulate the complex engineering problems, and to under the tools’ limitations.
(6)工程与社会:能够基于工程相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价本专业工程实践和复杂工
