第八条由于双方的劳动聘用关系，乙方将有机会了解并使用甲方的有关商业秘密，乙方有在协议期内及协议解除后保守甲方商业秘密不对外泄露的义务，也不能用于为自己谋取利益的经营活动中。乙方不得将涉及甲方商业秘密的实物、文字材料、电子文档等以窃取、
