摘要
农村中小学布局调整,简称“撤点并校”,是一项已推行10年的教育改革,其目的在于扩大学校规模,优化教育资源配置。本文研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,对XX县金河镇八一中学“撤点并校”以来师资配备,硬件设施,班级设置,课程开设和学生学习生活,家庭情况进行调查分析。研究结果表明:通过调查得知大部分教师是从“撤点并校”后才到八一中学任教师,学校的微机室、电子阅览室分配不够,由于学校学生人数增多班级的设置跟不上,导致每个班级人数增多,课程开设不全面,实验室,多媒体满足不了教师和学生的教学,学生在“撤点并校”后就要学会在新教学和新环境下学习独立生活,自力更生,培养自己的兴趣爱好,但是,也有学生不适应新教育改革而导致封闭自己,间接养成不喜欢和家人、教师、同学交流,由于家庭因素和个人因素,导致子女辍学回家务农,并针对其出现的不足采取相应的对策,使八一中学的教学更加完善。

ABSTRACT
Rural primary and secondary school layout adjustment, hereinafter referred to as "removed" junior high, is a has 10 years of education reform, the purpose is to expand the scale of school, optimizes the allocation of education resources.In this paper, the research USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, for in malipo county, river town since bayi high school "from" junior high staffed, hardware facilities, class Settings, curriculum and students' learning life, family status were investigated.Research results show that: through the investigation learned that most of the teachers from "off" junior high before to bayi middle school teachers, the school's computer lab, electronic reading room allocation is not enough, because the school setting can't keep up with the increased number of students in the class, lead to the increased number of each class, the curriculum is not comprehensive, lab, multimedia can't satisfy the teaching of teachers and students, students learn to after the "removal" junior high in the new teaching and learning under the new environment to live independently, self-reliance, cultivating their own interests, but also have students do not adapt to the new education reform caused by closed yourself, don't like the indirect and family members, teachers, classmates, because the family factors and personal factors, cause children drop out of school home soil, and aiming at the shortcomings of the its appear to take corresponding countermeasures, so as to further perfect the bayi middle school teaching.
