Last winter holiday, I took a fancy to a set of novel book "Harry Potter". At first, I didn't like it very much, because it was too thick and difficult to read. But when I looked through it, I was shocked. My eyes did not turn, staring intently at the words in the book, even
my mother spoke to me, I was one ear in, one ear out, did not hear clearly. After reading, I even sealed this set of books as "the king of the book"! This set of books after reading a short time I did not read other books, feel that other books are not eye! I also beat the all-time record by reading all seven Harry Potter books plus one Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play in one month! At a rough calculation, it's 2.9 million words, and my glasses have gone up a lot.
Once there is a good book in hand, I will throw myself into the sea of books, the arms of books, indulge in them, like a hungry person on bread, thirsty people encounter sweet springs, hungry, infatuated, this is the charm of books!
五岁以前，我只爱嬉戏、玩耍，不爱学习、看书，但从那刻起，我开始对读书产生了浓厚的兴趣。

那天，我和妈妈漫无目的地步在大街上，我看到一家店生意很红火，于是便走进去，谁知道，那是一家书店。

看着整齐的，散发出墨香的书架，我很高兴地东逛逛西瞧瞧，东摸摸西翻翻。

那家书店正要开业，可以让我免费阅读。

我也不记得那天翻了哪本书，但我知道，自从那天起，我便对看书情有独终了。

我从阅读绘本开始到故事书、童话书，再到与科普有关的书籍
和简短点的小说书，这就是我从幼儿园大班到四年级的看书历程。

去年寒假，我看上了一套小说书《哈利波特》。

刚开始，我不太喜欢看，因为书太厚了，读起来费劲。

但当我认真翻阅时，我的表现令自己也极为震惊。

我的眼珠子一转也不转，凝神盯着书中的文字，连妈妈对我说话，我都是一只耳朵进，一只耳朵出，压根没听清。

看完后，我竟然将这套书封为“书中之王”!这套书看完后短时间内我没有看其他书了，觉得其他书都不入眼!我也超过有史以来的最高纪录，一个月把《哈利波特》一套七本外加一本《哈利波特与被诅咒的孩子》这本剧本统统看完了!粗略计算了一下，约有290万字，我的眼镜度数也随之上升了一大截。

一旦有好书在手，我就会全身心地投入书的海洋，书的怀抱，沉迷于其中，如同饥饿的人扑到面包上，口渴的人遇到甘泉，如饥似渴，如痴如醉，这就是书的魅力!。
