教学主题:多元输入—写作训练的途径
一、主题思考:
随着二期课改的不断深入,对学生能力的培养要求也越来越高。进入初三,尤其是第二学期,课堂教学似乎更注重知识的梳理与应试的讲解,而写作,作为学生英语综合能力体现的一个不可或缺的部分,其训练似乎不被重视。其实,英语写作教学是中学英语教学的重点和难点,很多学生在写英语作文时,总觉得无从下手,存在严重的英语表述上的困难。而今年中考在写作的分值上再一次增加,这对我们教师和学生来说都是一个严峻的挑战,因此,如何更有效地进行英语写作训练就成了广大英语教师探索和研究的焦点。
提高学生“听说读写”的技能是中学英语教学宗旨所在,英语的写作能力是学生综合能力的体现。写作训练具有系统性,因此单单加强“写”的训练是远远不够的,英语的听说读写是相互影响、相互作用的有机统一体。因而在非自然英语环境中,学生只有通过大量的“输入”,才会有足够的“输出”。
二、学生情况:
我校处于金山石化地区,是一所普通初级中学,生源一般,学生的英语基础比较薄弱,尤其在说和写上更为突出。
三、教学内容的选择和处理:
本课的教学内容是以“感恩”为主题的写作训练课。
分析历届中考英语写作话题,发现考题越来越生活化,结合当代学生的特点以及他们所处的非常阶段,参考各种传媒途径对现代人的德育目标,决定以此话题切入,一来对学生写作进行训练和指导,二来对学生进行情感教育。
在教学内容处理上,紧紧围绕新课标和考纲要求,将写作的训练贯穿在课堂教学的各个环节中:通过听力训练---理出写作框架;通过阅读排序---学习好词好句;通过口头交流---辅助笔头落实;通过作文面批---指导学生修改。
四、教学目标与方法:
本课的教学目标:
知识目标:帮助学生学会写出一篇好作文必备的要素。
能力目标:培养学生通过听、说和读训练,提高写作技巧;帮助学生掌握如何写好一篇文章。情感目标:激励学生学会感恩。
教学方法:
1.在教学过程中:创设情境,采用以听力感知,以阅读强化,以交际升华,以笔头落实,以面批指导的多种方法,教师带着学生学会写作经历的全过程。
2.在学法指导上:培养学生学会写好一篇文章必备的几个要素:确定主题--选取素材--制定提纲—动笔行文--反复修改。
五、教学设计的基本思路:
本课教学设计重点关注学生写作的过程以及成文后的修改。在写作课中实现听,说,读等多种能力的训练。
1.通过听一篇有关“母亲节”的小故事,让学生感知英语写作中一般常用的几个落手点。2.通过小组活动对一篇有关“母亲节”的文章进行阅读并排序,并由学生陈述其原因,一是对已感知写作结构几个方面的掌握情况进行反馈,二是通过阅读这一篇较好的文章,带着学生学习一些好词好句。
3.通过头脑风暴及小组讨论,交流此类文章写作的素材,包括如何组织文章的框架结构及怎样选用与主题有关的词句。
4.通过面批作文,激发学生清楚地认识到:修改作文是写作训练的一个重要组成部分并引导学生如何修改文章。

Listening material:
Soon it will be Mother’s Day. It will be a good chance for me to give thanks and love to my mum. As soon as I was born, my mother began to look after me in many ways. She buys me my favourite food. When I have difficulties in subjects, she always helps me. She really does a lot for me. So I want to give my thanks to her on the special day. On Mother’s Day this year, I will buy her a big bunch of flowers. Also, I am going to do all the housework for her so that she can have a rest for a day.
Reading material:
A.One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your m um the day off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Some families will carry the food and mu m’s favourite sections from the newspaper to her bedroom so that mum can have breakfast in bed.
B.Anyway, let mu m enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take actions!
C.From the day you were born, your mother uses all her life to love you. Now you have become an adult, you know to be a mother is an uneasy thing and to be a great mother needs to pay more. Mother is the greatest person in the world. Mother is the only one who can hear you.
D. Moth er’s Day is a special day. On that day, people show their thanks and love especially to their mothers. In many countries, such as Italy, Turkey, Australia and the US, people celebrate Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May.
