薄荷精油抗菌活性研究

摘　要　采用气相色谱—质谱联用仪分析了薄荷精油的成分,在鉴定出的21种成分中,异佛尔酮

(41122%)、β2石竹烯(10101%)、斯巴醇(2189%)、β2蒎烯(1145%)和桉树脑(1113%)为主要成分。采用琼脂扩散法和微量肉汤稀释法对薄荷精油的抗菌活性进行了研究。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌及变形杆菌出现最大的抑菌环。M I C 实验中,薄荷精油的浓度范围为5100%～01039%。在所选的8种菌种中,变形杆菌的M I C 及值最低,分别为01625%及1125%。结果充分证明,薄荷精油对于所选的8种病原菌都有很好的抗菌活性,在食品及制药工业中有广阔的应用前景。关键词　薄荷;精油;抗菌活性

Abstract The sa mp le of the M entha haploca lyx B riq .essential oil was analyzed by GC 2MS .Fr om 21compounds rep resenting the oils,Is ophor one (41122%),β2Caryophyllene (10101%),Spathulenol (2189%),β2Pinene (1145%)and Eucalyp t ole (1113%)appeared as the main components .The screening of anti m icr obial activity of the essential oil was evaluated using agar diffusi on and br oth m i 2cr odiluti on methods .Tests showed that the oil p resented the biggest inhibiti on z ones in the t w o strains of

B acillus subtilis and P roteus vulgaris .The M I Cs of the oil against the tested m icr oorganis m s ranged fr om

5100%t o 01039%.Of the 8m icr oorganis m s,P roteus vu lga ris p resented the l owestM I C (01625%)and MBC (1125%)values .Results p resented here may suggest that the essential oil of M entha haplocalyx B riq .possesses anti m icr obial p r operties,and therefore is a potential s ource of anti m icr obial ingredients f or food and phar maceutical industry .
