表示“跟随”,可用作及物或不及物动词。如:You g o first and I’ll follow (you) later. 你先走,我随后就来。
2.say 的有关用法
say sorry to sb. say hello to sb. say goodbye to sb. say thanks to sb.
3.need 的有关用法
“need”既可以作情态动词,也可以作实义动词。
作为情态动词,如:
He needn't worry about it.
Need he do this homework first?作为实义动词时,人+need +to do
We need to tell him the truth.我们需要告诉他真相。
物+need +doing = 物+need +to be done The flowers need watering.这些花需要浇水。
物+need +to be done
His leather shoes needs to be mended.他的皮鞋需要修补
4.The same as 与…相同
I have the same bag as you.. 我和你有同样的包。
5. make +宾语+过去分词
The teacher raised his voice so that he could make
himself heard.
那个老师提高了嗓门以便别人能听到他。
