1.1To identify, establish and implement effective statistical techniques in Ah Communication

Device (DG) Ltd for verification of incoming, in-process and outgoing products, as well as for

process control.

6.1Senior Quality Manager

Responsible to identify the relevant training needs pertaining to statistical techniques and to

conduct such training to the factory personnel, which will equip them with the knowledge and skill

to carry out appropriate tasks in the satellite factory.

Responsible to identify the critical process, together with the Engineering Manager, and determine

the type of statistical techniques to be implemented.

To identify trained staff to perform data collection and analysis. Review effectiveness of the

implemented techniques and determine if change is needed for improvement.

负责确定与统计技术有关的相应培训需求并且对工厂人员进行培训，这样的培训将使附属

工厂的人员具备从事相应作业的知识和技能。
