3.4投油期间应经常用木锤在管路外敲击,以便管系内的杂质松散、脱落,提高投油效果。
During the flushing time to be knock the pipe by wood hammer often, so that the impurity can be loosed and brush off and improve the flushing effect.
2.4.连接投油管前,应对检查管子内部是否有污垢、锈蚀等,若有应将管子拆下清洗,然后装复。可采取抽检方法。
Before connected the flushing pipes, it is to be inspection the inner of pipe ensure whether or not has dirt or rust. It must be remove and re-cleaning if it has dirt or rust. And then install again. This progress can take spot check.
2.5将管路中的压力、温度等仪表连接管盲断。
Blinded off the pipes of pressure gauge, temperature gauge etc.
2.6根据油品清单,准备好与系统相符合的油品。
According to the oil list, prepare the coincide oil of piping system.
2、投油前应具备的条件:
Conditions:
2.1.全部管子(包括不进行投油冲洗的管子)在制造时应去除溶渣、飞溅物等,并经化学清洗处理清洁、封口后上船安装。设备仪表等安装完整,密性试验验收合格。
All pipes (included the pipes need not flush oil) to be removed the furnace cinder and spatter, and to be cleaned by chemical liquid, the pipe end to be sealed be before onboard installation. The gages of equipments and pipeline to be installed finished and tightness test inspection passed.
At the beginning, filling the oil into the suction filter and pump unit, inspect the other relative valves’ open/close position, and then start the pump, after the pressure be normally in the pipe, inspecting the sealing state of pipe.
Flushingoil pump unit see attached sketch. Fine filter mesh size 30μm.
3.2.开始时,需在吸入滤器和油泵内加入引油,检查其它各有关阀件的开闭状态无误后,启动泵,注意油泵运转方向,等真空压力正常后方可正式运转,并检查系统的密封情况。
3.5若滤芯无明显机械杂质,即认为投油合格,即可向质检部门和船东报验。

3.3.第一次启动油泵后运转半小时,对各滤器进行一次清洁检查,以后每隔1~2小时对滤器检查清洗一次,随着清洁度逐步提高,逐步延长清洗时间间隔。
After half an hour of the first start and running pump clean and inspect the filter once, and then inspect the filter every 1~2 hours once, along with the cleanness degree improved successive prolong the clean and inspection interval time.
泵pump:A1流量capacity :25m3/h,压力pressure:10bar.
B1、C1流量capacity :55m3/h,压力pressure:10bar.
油箱oil tank:A线路时使用主机滑油循环舱A Piping flushing , M/E LOcirculationtank
3、按投油示意图的投油路线要求,接临时跨接管和投油机。
According to the flushing oil sketch requirement, connected the temΒιβλιοθήκη Baiduorary pipe and flushing pump unit.
3.1投油泵组按附图所示。精滤器滤网精度30μm
2.2.投油场所应清洁,临时接管等必须经过化学清洗。压缩空气等能投入使用。
The flushing site to be clean, the temporary connection pipes to be cleaned by chemical liquid. And the compressed air can be put into use.
4、投油报验合格后,拆除临时接管和投油机,装复管路。
After inspection passed, remove the temporary connection pipe and pump unit, and re-install the system pipes.
投油设备Flushingequipment
1、投油目的:

滑油系统管系安装结束,经试验和完整性检查合格后,为确保整个系统的清洁,必须对管路进行认真投油清洗。从而确保设备的安全运行和系泊、航行试验的顺利进行。
After lubricant oil piping system installation finished, tightness test and completeness inspection passed, in order to ensure the whole system be cleanness, to be flush by oil for the entire pipelines. So that to ensure the equipments running safety during the mooring and sea trail tests.
B、C线路时使用600L油柜B&C Piping flushing,600Loil tank
油温oil temperature :60℃
滤器filter :30µ
