船舶雾航须知

Instruction for navigation in fog

1.适用范围

本规则适用于本公司所经营管理的船舶。

The regulations apply for all the ships managed by company

2.平时准备

Preparation in normal time

2.1.船长和驾驶员应当对危险而且多雾航区的水道、潮流和特点,结合本船的性能,平时

悉心研究,作为雾中航行的参考。

Captain and officer should research the dangerous and foggy channel, current, characters and own vessel’s character as reference.

2.2.船长应当督促驾驶员和轮机员经常检查船上排水设备和水密设备,使其保持良好状

态。

Captain should often supervise officer and engineer to check up the draining equipment and waterproof set and keep them in good order.

3.雾中航行

Navigation in fog

3.1.船舶遇雾、霾、雪、暴风雨或者任何其他同样限制视距情况(以下简称“雾”)除应遵

守本规则外,并应遵守海上避碰章程的规定,以及各海港的有关规定。装有雷达的船舶,应注意雷达存在盲区的缺陷。

When vessel meet fog, mist, falling snow, heavy rain-storms or any other “restricted visibility” causes(called “fog” below), should comply with International regulations for preventing collisions at sea, relevant port regulations besides follow this regulations. Should heed the blind area for radar on board.

3.2.当值驾驶员在雾袭到以前,应当抓紧时机,利用航行仪器测定船位。

Before meet fog, duty officer should tim ely fix the ship’s position by navigation instrument.

3.3.当值驾驶员在雾袭到的时候,应当立即采取下列措施,并且报告船长:

When meet fog, duty officer should take the following measure and report to captain.

3.3.1.摇预备车,采取安全航速,并且将遇雾情况通知当值轮机员;

Stand by engine, take safe speed and inform duty engineer the fog.

3.3.2.开始发放雾号;

Launch fog signal

3.3.3.派遣水手到船首了望,如果风浪过大不能在船首了望,可以派他在驾驶台了望;Assign crew to take a look out in fore deck. If the wind and wave are too heavy to look out in fore deck, may assign crew to take a look out on bridge.

4.根据情况,下令关闭全部或者部分水密门;

As circumstances, should order to close all or part of watertight doors.

3.3.5.准备各类救生设备,以便随时使用,并准备至少救生艇一艘在立即下放的状态。Make (LSA) the life saving apparatus available at all time and keep at least one lifeboat in the ready state.

3.4.船长获悉雾袭后,必须立即到驾驶台亲自指挥。当值驾驶员并将船位、四周环境和已

采取的措施告知船长。船长应当研究已采取的措施并应特别注意现行船速是否确当。After knowing the fog, captain should right now go to the bridge for command. Duty officer should report ship’s position, surroundings, taken measure to captain. Captain should analyze the taken measure and pay more attention to the current speed being right or not.

3.5.不论船速多少,当值轮机员应当使锅炉保持正常工作,以便在紧急情况下,能全速倒

车。

Regardless of speed, duty engineer should keep the boiler in normal condition. In emergency, should be prepare for full astern.

3.6.保持全船寂静,严禁喧哗,以免扰乱驾驶人员的听觉。

Should keep in silence. N o produce interfering sound. Avoid to disturbing officer’s hearing.
