1.The Lent Lily - Alfred Edward Housman

Tis spring come out to ramble

春来了，出来散散步，

The hilly brakes around,

沿这带丛林游荡，

For under thorn and bramble

看，藏在野荆棘下面，

About the hollow ground

在谷中低洼的地方，

The primroses are found.

已有莲馨花开放。

And there's the windflower chilly 那儿有冷淡的银莲花

With all the winds at play,

尽情在风中嬉斗；

And there's the Lenten lily

还有那四旬的黄水仙，

That has not long to stay

And dies on Easter day.

And since till girls go maying

You find the primrose still,

依旧有莲馨花开遍，

And find the windflower playing 依旧有银莲花迎着风

With every wind at will,

任意与风儿缱绻，

But not the daffodil,

只有黄水仙不见；

Bring baskets now, and sally

所以你带个篮子来，

Upon the spring's array,

踏上春天的锦绣，

And bear from hill and valley

把开了漫山遍谷的

The daffodil away

那些黄水仙载走；

That dies on Easter day.
