中国现代葡萄酒的历史要追溯到一百多年以前的1892年。人们认为

孔子饮用的葡萄酒产自现在的山东省，但是到了张弼士的时代，这位

在国外闯荡的中国外交家决定在烟台开设他的葡萄酒酿酒厂，但在

那里只找到了很少量的适合食用的葡萄。于是他从美国和欧洲进口了

50,000株葡萄树。如今他的公司仍然在中国继续发展，同时也是世界

十大葡萄酒酿造公司之一。

Chinese Modern wine history dates back more than a hundred

years to 1892. It is believed that Confucius drank the wines of

the region that is currently Shandong Province, but when Zhang

Bishi, an overseas Chinese diplomat decided to start his winery in

Yantai there was little to be found there but a few edible grapes. He

imported 50,000 wine plants from U.S.A. and Europe. His company

still exists as a pioneer wine maker and it is the tenth largest winery

in the world.

阿根廷 Argentina

阿根廷是新世界最大葡萄酒生产国之一。最主要的葡萄酒产区分布

在安第斯山脉东部的门多萨地区。由于山脉的庇护使得这一地区的气

候干燥，炎热。大部分的出口干红由卡本妮苏维翁，马尔贝克制成，还

有几款非常浪漫的酒由托伦特斯葡萄制成。

Argentina is one of the largest wine producers of the new world.

The main wine producing region is Mendoza which lays to the east

of the Andes. The mountains shelter the region and allow a dry, hot

climate. Most of the exported wines are dry reds from Cabernet

Sauvignon and Malbec, as well as very romantic wines from the

Torrentes grapes.

澳大利亚 Australia

世界葡萄酒的主要产区之一。大部分的葡萄庄园位于澳大利亚南部偏冷一点的地区，特别是沿着东南海岸线一代。最成功的葡萄品种为设拉子。其它高贵的葡萄品种也是出产自这一地区（比如卡本妮苏维翁，梅洛，莎当妮，赛美蓉还有雷司令）。

It is one of the most innovative wine regions of the world. Most of the vineyards are in the cooler Southern part of the country and most particularly along the Southeast coast. The most successful grape is Shiraz. Other noble grape varieties also grow here, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon & Riesling.

法国 France

法国是世界最主要葡萄酒生产商及出口商之一，全球最知名的酒有很多都出自法国，很多国际知名的葡萄品种最初也是起源于法国。葡萄酒的产地包括：波尔多，阿尔萨斯，勃艮第，香槟，卢瓦河及罗纳河。France is one of the largest wine producers and exports to most consuming countries. Certain wines are among the most prestigious globally and the most famous international grapes originally come from France. The wine growing regions include: Bordeaux, Alsace, Bourgogne, Champagne, Loire & Rhône.

德国 Germany

大多数的德国葡萄庄园位于南部。在葡萄生长的季节气候比较寒冷阴郁，所以最主要的挑战就是获得更多的太阳光照射和热度使葡萄成熟。适度的葡萄甜度，明亮的色泽，清新的口感是德国葡萄酒的独特符号。

Most of the German vineyards lie in the Southern part of the country. The climate is cool and rainy during the growing season.

A major challenge is getting enough sun and heat to fully ripen the grapes. A balance of grapey sweetness, lightness, and refreshing acidity are the characteristics of German wines.
