一、询价，议价

1、由于航司有毛重最低限制，最低毛重要达到45公斤才能使用45级别价格。

2、如果此票货物有时效要求，建议走KA（港龙）有较快的服务。

二、货物操作

起运港：

1.发货人反馈由于货款收货人还没付所以还不能发货给我们。

a)The shipper reports that the consignee has not yet paid for the goods, and as such, the goods cannot yet be sent.

2.发货人不愿意提供清单和发票，请找收货人要此单据。

a)The shipper is not willing to provide us with an packing list and invoice, please contact the consignee for this information.

3.货物进仓后，前5天是免仓储，第6天开始产生仓储费。

a)After goods enter the warehouse, the first 5 days are free of charge. Storage fees are counted starting from the sixth (6th) day.

4.发货人告知此票货会先出一部分，短装那部分下次出运。

a)The shipper has stated that they will first send only part of the shipment, and send the rest the next time there is spare space.

5.由于此票货物托盘高度超过160CM，航司接不了。
