尊敬的各位领导：今天我交流的题目是《足球，让生命更出彩》Respected leaders, ladies and gentlemen, good morning. Today I would like to exchange with you on the topic”Football makes life more spectacular”2009 年4 月，国家教育部和体育总局联合下发了《关于开展全国青少年校园足球活动的通知》；2014年，国务院副总理刘延东11月26日在全国电视电话会议上强调，要认真贯彻习近平总书记、李克强总理关于抓好青少年足球、加强学校体育工作重要指示精神。这一系列政策的出台，让正在大力发展普及足球运动的我们异常兴奋。纵观学校足球的发展，带给我们更重要的是足球精神带给教师、学生和学校的变化。

In April,2009, the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport jointly issued “The notice on conducting national youth campus football activities”. On 26th November,2014, vice-premier Miss Liu Yandong stressed in a video and telephone conference that instructions made by president Xi Jinping and premier Li Keqiang on the development of youth football and enhancement of school sports work must be implemented in earnest. The introduction of the series of policies excites us who are striving to popularize sports. Throughout the development of school football,what matters more to us is the changes football brought to the teachers,students and school.

1、足球在学校体育发展中的突围之路

Football’s road to breakthrough in the development of school sports

2007年，是学校体育工作的转折之年。这一年的足球比赛，队员们进行了充分的准备，技术战术也已经具备一定的水平。最终由于经验不足，没有取得出线的机会。但队员们场上场下不服输的表现让我们坚定了选择足球作为龙头项目的决心。学校当时还有两大优势：比较好的天然草皮足球场地、两位足球专业体育教师。综合以上因素，再往深远一些，考虑到足球强大的育人功能，我校毅然决然的同时把足球文化作为学校文化发展的重点。2009年全国校园足球运动如火如荼的开展后，我们更是顺势而为，借足东风。足球这一运动逐渐扎根我校，学校走上了足球的普及之路。

The year 2007 is a turning-point year for the school sports work. For the football match this year,the players made full preparations with skills and tactics improving to a certain level. However, we didn’t have the chance to reach the next phase because of inexperience. But the players’ emulative

performance had firmed our determination to choose football as the leading project. At that time our school had two big advantages: high-quality natural grassland pitch and two football major PE teachers. Taking the above factors and football’s educational functions into account , we resolutely set football culture as an important point in the school’s cultural development. In 2009,we got a ride with the policy guidance after campus football became a hit. Football gradually took root in our school and we embarked on a path to popularize football.

2、为足球在学校工作中的良性发展提供保障

Provide guarantee for football’s sound development in school work

做实做足经费保障，保证设施设备到位，积极组织教练员培训。3名教练员均参加了D级教练员培训，刘书忠主任参加省万名骨干教师培训，所有教练员连续多年参加为期近一周的青岛中能足球俱乐部培训。中能培训????????

We provide sufficient funds, guarantee the facilities in place and actively organize coaches to get trained. All three coaches participated in the D-grade training. Dean Mr L iu Shuzhong took part in the “Ten thousand backbone teachers training program”. For years all the coaches have been to Qingdao Zhongneng Football Club to receive training.

2、成立校园足球工作领导小组

Establish campus football work leading group

马桥中心校非常关注学生身体素质，在抓好众多常规项目的同时，更加关注校园足球的普及，提出“1+N”体育发展模式（“1”即覆盖中小幼三个学段的龙头项目——足球，“N”是指符合各学校幼儿园实际情况的多个特色项目）。实行从幼儿抓起的“十二年一贯制”足球发展规划，更是把足球运动作为校长工程重点推进。由中心校于校长亲自组织召开的足球专题座谈会，更加富有成效。在座谈会上各学校展示足球工作阶段性活动具体情况，在交流中学习、促进。学校特别成立了足球运动发展项目部，不断统一思想，坚定发展足球的信念，除组织好本校一系列活动外，将围绕足球发展及中小幼一贯制工作，在原有工作基础上进一步开展活动，完成校园足球队伍的梯队建设，形成教育合力。
