A Comparison of Darfox Cyanoacrylate Adhesives versus Conventional Suture Materials for Eyelid Wound Closure in Rabbits 兔眼睑伤口闭合采用氰基丙烯酸酯大耳狐医用胶与 传统缝线的比较

兔眼睑外科手术及缝线缝合、医用胶粘合 图 1:外科手术。 (A)约 15 毫米的眼睑切口。(B)切口用棉签擦干。皮下组织用剪刀进行分离。(C) 沿切口边缘涂上一层薄薄的医用胶。(D)B 组,7-0 尼龙线缝合的形式。在切口 边缘两侧 2 毫米,取样进行双盲组织病理学评价。 说明:研究对象包括 8 只 2-3 公斤的新西兰白兔,16 个眼睑。50 毫克的盐酸氯 胺酮和甲苯噻嗪盐酸盐肌注麻醉。切口的地方被剃光兔毛,和一个 15 毫米的皮 肤切口,距离眼睑四周 4 毫米(图 1A)。缝合后,给予妥布霉素眼膏,每天两次; 肌注 80 毫克庆大霉素。

结论:
方法:
对 8 只新西兰兔(16 个眼睑)进行实,眼 睑切口长 15 毫米,距离睑缘 4 毫米。 切口分为两组,右眼睑切口用氰基丙 烯酸酯大耳狐医用胶封闭(A 组),左眼 睑切口用 7-0 尼龙线缝合(B 组)。术后 第 1、2、4 和 8 周,对家兔眼睑伤口 愈合情况进行肉眼检查。然后处死,
研究证明,氰基丙烯酸酯医用胶是一 种有效的眼睑伤口闭合方法,具有很 好的耐受性。对于眼睑伤口,氰基丙 烯酸酯医用胶可以替代传统缝线缝 合。

眼睑组织标本经 HE 染色(苏木精-伊 红染色,细胞染色)和马松三色染色 (显示软组织中的纤维),显微镜下观 察。
结果:
两组的临床疗效相似。组织病理学检 查结果中,HE 染色显示,2 周的时候, A 组比 B 组的炎性浸润更少。两组之 间组织病理学在第 1,4,和 8 周没有 显著差异。马松三色染色显示,两组 的纤维化程度在 8 周相似。
