浙江省教师招聘考试小学英语学科考试阐明
Ⅰ、考试性质
浙江省教师招聘考试是为全省教诲行政部门招聘教师而进行选拔性考试,其目是为教诲行政部门录取教师提供智育方面参照。

各地依照考生考试成绩,结合面试状况,按已拟定招聘筹划,从教师应有素质、文化水平、教诲技能等方面进行全面考核,择优录取。

因而,全省教师招聘考试应当具备较高信度、效度、区别度和恰当难度。

II、考试目的与规定
浙江省教师招聘考试小学英语学科考试旨在选拔具备先进英语教师潜质考生入职小学英语教学。

其详细目的制定如下;1、考察考生对小学英语教学内容理解、领略、掌握和运用水平;2、考查考生对高等教诲相应于小学英语学科教学内容掌握状况;3、考察考生小学英语课程与教学论知识水平,即对课程原则理解能力,对小学英语教材理解、分析、重构和运用能力,对教学设计和课堂教学有关理论理解和掌握水平,以及把所学理论分析教学问题和把理论应用与教学实践能力。

其详细规定如下;1.小学英语教学内容在规定知识范畴内,比较全面测试考生英语能力;2.高等教诲相应于小学英语教学内容在高等师范院校英语专业基本英语、英语写作基本、英语语法、英美概况、翻译技巧、英美文学等课程规定所规定知识范畴内,比较全面测试考生英语语言文学知识和能力;3.课程与教学论内容在《基本教诲课程改革纲要》所阐明及“中小学英语课程与教学论”中共告知识与能力范畴内。

4.上述三方面知识内容共有六种能力规定,即识记、理解、分析、赏析、应用和创新,并体现为六个层级。

A.识记指辨认和记忆,是最基本能力层级。

B.理解指领略并能作简朴解释,是在识记基本上高一级能力层级。

C.分析指分解剖析和归纳整顿,是在识记和理解基本上进一步提高了能力层级。

D.鉴赏指对阅读材料鉴别、赏析和评说,是以识记、理
解和分析综合为基本,在阅读方面发展了能力层级。

E.应用指对各方面知识和能力运用,是以识记、理解和分析为基本,重要体现为英语知识应用(写作)和教学技能应用(教学设计)。

F.创新指探讨疑难问题,具备独到之见;摸索教学办法,可以另辟蹊径。

这是对各种知识、技能加以融会贯通而形成高档能力。

对A、B、C、D、E、F六个能力层级都可有难易不同考查。

III、考试内容和范畴
浙江省小学英语教师招聘考试是依照当前各小学对合格英语教师普通规定,以及教诲部关于高等师范院校基本英语、英语写作基本、英语语法、英美概况、翻译技巧、英美文学等课程内容而定,并兼顾当前小学英语教学实际。

考试内容和范畴涵盖三个方面;即小学英语教学内容、高等教诲相应于小学英语教学内容及小学英语课程与教学论内容。

一、小学英语教学内容
(一)英语语言知识
1.小学英语句法知识涉及句子成分、句型构造、句子语态、(能力层级:F)。

2.小学英语词汇知识涉及词性、词根及不同条件下词形变化,也涉及词义理解、识记和对的运用(能力层级:E)
3.英语语音知识涉及词汇语音字母组合、单音节和多音节词发音基本规律、句子语音语调。

(能力层级:F)
4.短语和惯用法识记、理解和对的使用(能力层级:C,E)
5.看图说话与话题知识熟悉话题内容,理解看图说话与话题基本构造和功能。

涉及熟悉小朋友、个人、家庭、社会交往等方面话题;以及理解关于英语国家寻常生活习惯话题。

(能力层级:C,E)
(二)英语语言技能
6.阅读理解能力能精确理解小学英语文本内容和意义;把握语言构造和事实;能理解教材潜在知识构造和技能系统;能理解教材教学意义和学习价值。

(能力层级:B-E)
7.写作能力能依照图像写话或写文;能用英文书写应用文;能用英文写读书报告、教学故事等。

(能力层级:A-E)
8.翻译能力能把复杂难懂英文句子或语篇翻译成为通顺中文。

(能力层级:C,E)
二、高等教诲相应于小学英语教学内容
(一)基本英语课程
1.英语基本知识考生能掌握和熟悉与专业四级水平相称基本词汇、语法知识、语音知识和语篇知识。

(能力层级:A-D)
2.基本技能考生具备综合运用英语技能技巧,具备较强听、说、读、写能力以及初步译能力,能精确纯熟地运用英语语言。

(能力层级:A-E)
(二)英语写作基本
1.掌握英语写作基本理论。

理解英语不同体裁、不同风格写作规定,可以对文章优劣作出基本判断,辨认作文中措辞、时态、语态、审题等不当之处。

(能力层级:A-E)
2.具备写作构思能力。

运用构思办法,学会产生观念和组织观念。

(能力层级:C,E)3.文字组织能力。

写作过程即转译过程,考生一方面必要具备从思维转换为内部言语能力,另一方面具备将内部言语转换为外部言语能力,再次将从外部言语转换为书面语言能力。

(能力层级:B-E)
4.修改能力。

考生必要具备宏观修改、微观和校读能力。

(能力层级:C-E)
(三)英语语法
1.构词法知识掌握基本构词法、各种词类形式与用法、非限定动词形式与功能。

(能力层级:C-E)
2.句法与句式知识掌握各种句式构成及功能、并列与从属、联句成篇衔接手段等内容;考生能注意形式与功能联系,并能在使用英语时依照表达需要说出和写出对的恰当语句和连
贯语篇。

(四)英美概况
1.文化背景知识比较全面地理解重要英语国家历史、地理、政治以及风土人
等文化背景知识。

(能力层级:A——C)
2.理解文化相似性和差别性理解英美文化与汉文化共性与个性,理解和结识语言文化内在关系。

(五)翻译技巧
1.英汉翻译技巧考生对英语语言有精确理解,能用汉语流畅表达译文能力,使得其译文基本上达到忠实和流畅原则,考生初步具备翻译这一跨文化交际意识和能力,能就普通内容话题进行较精确流畅英汉翻译。

(能力层级:B—E)
2.汉英翻译技巧考生具备英汉翻译知识,一定英汉翻译思维能力,具备在英汉两种语言之间较自由转换和表达能力,具备跨文化交际意识和能力,能就普通内容话题进行较精确流畅汉英翻译。

(六)英美文学
1.英国文学考生对英国文学形成与发展全貌有基本理解,掌握英国文学发展基本脉络,掌握各个时期重要作家以及重要文学流派创作特色及创作主张。

考生具备分析某些重要作品、综合人文素质及文艺鉴赏能力。

2.美国文学考生掌握美国文学发展脉络及各个时期文学潮流;理解某些重点作家故事和诗歌特点,考生具备初步美国文学作品鉴赏能力。

1.理解和把握英语课程性质和理念。

It is hard to track the blue whale,the ocean’s largest creature which has almos t been killed off by commercial whaling and is now listed as an endangered species. Attaching radio devices to it is difficult and visual sightings are too unreliable to give real insight into its behavior.
So biologists were delighted early this year when with the help of the Navy they were able to track a particular blue whale for 43 days monitoring its sounds. This was possible because of the Navy’s formerly top-secret system of underwater listening devices spanning the oceans. Tracking whales is but one example of an exciting new world just opening to civilian scientists after the cold war as the Navy starts to share and partly uncover its global network of underwater listening system built over the decades to track the ships of potential enemies.
Earth scientists announced at a news conference recently that they had used the system for closely monitoring a deep-sea volcanic eruption for the first time and that they plan similar studies. Other scientists have proposed to use the network for tracking ocean currents and measuring changes in ocean and global temperatures.
