摘要

国有外贸纺织企业曾经是中国纺织出口的主力军,随着世界经济形势逐渐复杂,欧美国家的经济复苏不稳定,我国经济发展不平衡等一系列问题的存在,国有外贸纺织企业的生存受到了重大威胁。而国有外贸企业转型又面临着创新不足、品牌缺乏、营销渠道的建立等困难,转型有一定的困难。

本文运用PEST 分析、五力模型分析、SWOT 方法等方法深

入分析了国有外贸纺织企业的宏微观及内外部环境,结合研究对象企业的资源禀赋,通过定量分析与定性分析相结合的方式,最终得出BF 纺织品进出口公司的转型升级战略应该采取多元化和纵向一体化战略。国有外贸纺织企业通过制定SO 战略的经营策略来应对国内其他企业的竞争。并提出采取增强创新能力,积极开展实业化建设,促进合作向供应链上下游延伸,积极实施品牌战略,开发自有品牌。同时在战略实施的过程中要注意风险防范才能保证战略转型升级有效实施。

本文的创新点是针对当前的经济形势,结合PEST、五力模型、SWOT 分析方法对我国国有外贸纺织企业的具体情况;在SWOT 分析结果的基础上采用层次分析法分析国有外贸纺织企业的内外条件,确定内外条件的各项得分,运用战略选择四边形得出最优转型战略。

Abstract

State-owned textile enterprises in foreign trade were the main force of China's textileexports. With the increasingly complex world economic situation, the presence of unstableeconomic recovery in the U.S. and Europe, Chinese unbalanced economic developmentand other issues, the state-owned textile enterprises in foreign trade has been a major threatto survival. The restructuring of state-owned foreign trade enterprises is facing with thelack of innovation, lack of brand, difficult to establish marketing channels, so thetransformation are certain

difficulties.

The paper is in-depth analysis of the state-owned textile enterprises in foreign tradeby PEST analysis, five forces model analysis, SWOT method and other methods. From themacro and micro analysis of enterprise internal and external environment, Chinesestate-owned foreign trade enterprise transformation and upgrading strategy is to takemarket diversification strategy and vertical integration strategy. State-owned textileenterprises to deal with foreign trade competition from other domestic enterprises throughthe development of strategic business strategy SO. Propose to take to enhance innovationcapability, actively carry out industrialization, and promote cooperation in the supply chain,and actively implement the brand strategy, develop own brand. While in the process ofimplementation of the strategy should pay attention to risk prevention in order to ensurethe effective implementation of the strategic transformation and upgrading.

Innovation of this paper is from the current economic situation, combined with PEST,five forces model, SWOT analysis on Chinese state-owned textile enterprises in foreigntrade situation. On the basis of the results of the SWOT analysis, the paper using AHPanalysis of internal and external conditions of state-owned foreign trade of textileenterprises, to determine the score inside and outside conditions. Finally get the optimalstrategic options by quadrilateral transformation
