摘要

纵观现代经济的发展,不难看出,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,从某种意义来讲,也是企业培训的竞争;重视培训、重视员工全面素质的提升和企业文化的认同,把企业建成学习型组织,通过提高企业核心竞争力,从而最终实现企业与员工“双赢”,是企业获得发展的最根本手段。随着实践的发展,经济的发展也要求培训理论不断更新,新的培训理念会不断涌现,企业培训在企业发展中所占的地位越来越重要。

本文共分为六章,第一章引言部分,主要介绍了研究的背景,研究的目的及方法。第二章理论综述,主要介绍了员工培训的含义、作用、原则、内容及重要性。第三章深入了解可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司基本情况,包括公司发展历程及现状。第四章分析了可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司员工培训存在的问题。本章说明了可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司存在的三方面问题,分别是缺乏正确的员工培训观念和指导思想;员工培训不十分规范;员工培训体系不够完善。第五章可口可乐辽宁(北)饮料有限公司的对策,本章是全文的重点,只要通过实行本章的对策,企业便可以轻松面对员工培训的问题。本章分为三节,分别从转变观念,重视员工培训;制定有效的员工培训计划;完善员工培训体系加以说明。第六章结束语。

Abstract

Throughout the development of modern economy, not difficult to see the final analysis, competition among enterprises is also a talent competition, in some sense, but also corporate training competition; emphasis on training, attention to enhance the overall quality of staff and corporate cultural identity, the enterprise into a learning organization, by improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and employees ultimately “win-win” is the business development of the most fundamental means of access. With the development of practice also requires the development of economic theory of continuously updated training, new training philosophy will continue to emerge, corporate training in enterprise development is becoming increasingly important share.

This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose and method of study. Chapter second theory, mainly introduces the meaning and function, principle, content and importance. The third chapter in-depth understanding of Coca Cola Liaoning (North) and Beverage Company basic situation, including the company's development process and the status quo. The fourth chapter analyzes the Coca Cola Liaoning (North) and beverage company

staff grooms the problem of existence. This chapter illustrates the Coca Cola Liaoning (North ) drink Limited company three existing problems are the lack of correct training concepts and guiding ideology ; staff training is not standardized; staff training system is not perfect. Chapter fifth Coca Cola Liaoning (North) and Beverage Company in this chapter is the focus of this chapter, as long as through the introduction of the strategy, enterprises can easily face staff training problems. This chapter is divided into three sections, respectively, from change idea, emphasis on staff training ; to develop effective employee training plan ; perfect employee training system are illustrated. The sixth chapter is conclusion.
