Chemlok® 6150 Adhesive Technical Data SheetChemlok® 6150 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive usedto bond a variety of elastomers to various metals. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.Chemlok 6150 adhesive provides strong adhesion and environmental resistance to harsh environments. For ferrous substrates such as steel, a long layover can be tolerated if no if no rust is formed.For further detailed information on surface preparation of specific substrates, refer to Chemlok Adhesives application guide.Mixing – Thoroughly stir adhesive before use, and agitate sufficiently during use to keep dispersed solids uniformly suspended. If needed, proper dilution for the various application methods is best achieved by experience. Give careful attention to agitation since dilution will accelerate settling.Applying – Apply adhesive by brush, dip, roll coat, spray or any other method that gives a uniform coating and avoids excessive runs and tears.When using Chemlok 6150 adhesive as a one-coat adhesive, the dry film thickness should be 17.8-30.5 micron (0.7-1.2 mil). This will take approximately 20-40 minutes at room temperature. Drying time can be shortened by either preheating the metal inserts or oven drying after application. Metal parts may be preheated to a maximum of 65°C (150°F) prior to adhesive application. For coated parts, moderate drying temperatures should be used, but temperatures as high as 149°C (300°F) may be used for very short periods of time. Maximum air flow at minimum temperatures will give the best results.Cleanup – Use solvents such as xylene and MEK to remove adhesive before heat is applied. Once cured, removal by solvent is not possible.Shelf Life/Storage:Shelf life is one year from date of shipment when stored by the recipient in a well ventilated area at 21-27°C (70-80°F) in original, unopened container. Do not store or use near heat, sparks or open flame. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.Chemlok 6150 adhesive is moisture sensitive. 树脂旳氧化和降解树脂旳化学稳定性可以用其耐受氧化剂作用旳能力表达。

阳树脂被氧化后重要发生骨架旳断链,而阴树脂则重要体现为季胺基团旳降解。

1、阳树脂旳氧化: 阳树脂被氧化后重要体现为骨架断链,生成低分子旳磺酸化合物以及羧酸基团。

其反应为: 阳树脂碰到旳氧化剂重要是游离氯与水反应生成旳氧,其反应如下: 过去原水中旳游离氯重要来自生活用水旳消毒。

近年来,由于天然水中有机物含量和细菌旳增多,在混凝、澄清之前也需加氯,以到达灭菌和减少COD旳作用,因此,必须注意游离氯对阳树脂旳损害。

再生过程中,假如使用质量差旳工业盐酸或副产品盐酸,其中具有氧化剂也会对阳树脂导致损害。

一般规定进入化学除盐设备旳原水中,游离氯旳含量应不不小于0.1mg/L。

2、防止阳树脂被氧化旳措施: (1)活性炭过滤。

防止阳树脂被氧化旳常用措施是通过活性炭过滤。

活性炭脱除游离氯旳原理,不单纯是吸附作用,而是一种表面上旳化学反应。

当活性炭表面吸附旳氯到达一定浓度时,就会发生下列反应: 式中:C*——活性炭; CO*——活性炭表面上生成旳氧化物。

假如有充足旳氯参与反应,CO*可以变为CO或CO2逸出,留下旳活性炭可以继续吸附游离氯。

为此,为了脱除游离氯,可以使用较高旳过滤流速(约50m/h)。

同步,活性炭吸着游离氯时具有很高旳吸着容量(每克活性炭约可吸着6.5mg以上旳Cl2)。

用活性炭清除水中旳游离氯可以使用下列经验公式进行计算: 式中:CO——进水游离氯旳含量,mg/L; C——出水游离氯旳含量,mg/L;L——活性炭层高,m; V——过滤流速,m/h。

考虑到HOCl旳反应速度较慢,将上述公式修正为: 制造活性炭旳原材料一般对脱氯效率无影响。

水中有胶体或高浓度旳有机物存在,将会严重缩短活性炭作为脱氯剂旳寿命。

活性炭过滤器仅用于脱除游离氯时,可以用漏Cl2量≥0.1mg/L作为终点。

活性炭旳寿命是很长旳,例如:在活性炭层高0.76m,过滤速度6.1m/h旳条件下,对游离氯含量2mg/L旳水进行脱氯,其使用寿命约为6年左右。

英文名Poly propylene(PP)Array结构及分子式生产方法分为本体法和溶剂法,以丙烯为单体,经催化聚合、精制、造粒而成。

产品性能聚丙烯是一种结构规整的结晶性聚合物,为淡乳白色粒料、无味、无毒、质轻的热塑性树脂。

相对密度为0.90~0.91,是通用树脂中最轻的一种。

机械性能良好,耐热性能良好,其熔点为170℃左右,在无外力作用下,150℃不变形,化学稳定性好,耐酸、碱和有机溶剂,与大多数化学药品(如发烟硝酸、铬酸溶液、卤素、苯、四氯化碳、氯仿等)不发生作用,且几乎不吸水。

聚丙烯缺点是易老化,低温时变脆,低温冲击强度差,但可用加入添加剂、共混或共聚等方法来改进。

包装与储运聚丙烯树脂应用塑料薄膜为内包装,聚丙烯纺织袋为外包装(或其他具有相同包装效果的包装容器),每袋净重25kg,也可用其他重的大包装。

可用汽车、火车、轮船等运输。

贮运过程应防火、防水、防晒、防尘、防污染等。

贮存应放于干燥、通风良好的仓库中,防止阳光直接照射,不应露天存放,产品应分批隔距堆放。

不应与化学品及易燃物同时贮存或装运。

GMP质量体系聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ检验操作规程一、目的为了确保聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ的质量符合相关的标准要求,制定本操作规程。

本操作规程适用于所有聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ产品的检验工作。

二、范围本操作规程包括聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ的外观检验、物理性能检验、化学性能检验等方面的内容。

三、设备和仪器1.校准过的外观检验仪2.电子天平3.定性分析仪器(如红外光谱仪等)4.物理性能检验仪器(如拉伸试验机等)5.化学性能检验仪器(如溶解度容器、气相色谱仪等)四、操作规程1.外观检验a.取合适的量的样品,放在外观检验仪上进行观察。

b.观察样品的颜色、杂质等情况,并记录下来。

2.物理性能检验a.取合适的样品,根据相关标准要求进行切割或制备成试样。

b.将试样放在拉伸试验机上进行拉伸试验,记录下试样在破裂前的最大拉伸力和断裂伸长率。

c.若有需要,还可以进行其他物理性能检验,如硬度、密度等。

3.化学性能检验a.溶解度检验i.取一定质量的样品,放入溶解度容器中。

ii. 加入适量的溶剂,并进行适当的搅拌,直至样品溶解或达到一定时间。

iii. 观察样品是否溶解完全,记录下来。

b.红外光谱分析i.取一定量的样品,在红外光谱仪上进行扫描。

ii. 比较扫描结果与标准样品或标准谱图,判断样品的红外光谱特征。

c.其他化学性能检验根据具体需要,进行其他化学性能的检验,如化学成分、杂质含量等。

Y-5566应用耐晒和耐候涂料快速干燥,增强漆膜硬度,韧性,附着力。

与丙烯酸树脂及固
化剂系列有着极佳的相溶性和对涂料层表面的耐磨性,广泛用于金属、塑胶、3C、玻璃和木
器的表面涂层,特别是3C产品、家具产品、汽车修补PU光罩具有快干,硬度高特点。

聚丙烯无毒、无味,密度小,强度、刚度、硬度、耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯,可在100℃左右利用,具有良好的电性能和高频绝缘性,不受湿度阻碍,但低温时变脆、不耐磨、易老化,常见的酸、碱有机溶剂对它几乎不起作用。

聚丙烯能够制成各类工业部件、电器用品、建筑材料和日用品。

1.2聚丙烯分类聚丙烯按分子中甲基的空间位置不同分为等规、间规和无规三类。

按单体种类分为均聚聚丙烯和共聚聚丙烯:均聚聚丙烯是指在聚丙烯主链上只有一种链节;而共聚聚丙烯在主链上除丙烯链节外还散布着其它单体反映后形成的链节,共聚聚丙烯在专门大程度上能够改变聚丙烯的性能。

1.3聚丙烯生产工艺目前,世界聚丙烯要紧生产工艺有本体法和气相法,其中本体工艺占总生产能力的56%,气相工艺占总生产能力的30%,在新建装置中气相法工艺所占比例较大。

Y-6150马来顺酐改性的聚丙烯树脂
产品特性:
l 对PP、FET、PA、PBT、EPDM有优异的附着力
l 对上涂的涂料有优异的层间附着力
性能指标:
Y-6150主要用于解决PP、PBT、PET、等塑料基材表面附着问题,由于拥有优异的层间附着性能,Y-6150普遍被用于底涂处理剂,也可以做添加剂使用,建议添加量5-15%。

建议使用方法:
•用白电油、稀释剂、MEK等擦净底材、脱脂
•将Y-6150用稀释剂稀释至3~5倍(1:3~5)进行喷涂施工,喷涂3~6u膜厚,在室内放3~5分钟或烘烤50度2~4分钟,然后进行表面上的油漆涂装;
注意事项:
1、避免接触眼睛或皮肤,不慎沾上,请用大量清水和肥皂水清洗,必要时及时就医。

2、产品保质期为12个月,储存于阴凉、干燥、通风处,温度不得超过40℃,避免阳光直射和辐射源;远离火源;
3、开启后要及时密封保存,以免失效
