Lotus stand alone building for reinforced concrete structure, the column grid spacing should be 10.8mx10.8m; If steel structure, the column should have min 10.8mx10.8m. If Lotus store lease lower floors & landlord on upper floors, the column grid spacing for single storey supercenter should maintain at 10.8mx10.8m; If Lotus store lease mutiple floors, the column grid spacing for multiple floors should maintain at 8.4x8.4m.(Refer to Typical Drawing Figure No.1.)

Land plot地块形状:矩形或梯形
Land shape: Rectangular or Trapezium.
临街面至少80米Frontage-80m(min);通道不小于80米Access'80m;深度
宜为120〜250米Depth-120〜250m;
地块面积宜为25000sq.m.以上site area-25000sq.m(up).
楼板荷载
Floor loading capacity卖场800kg/平方米,后仓与冷库1000〜1200kg/平方

钢筋砼地面(200厚C30内配①12@150双向双层,卖场区及出租区耐磨
粉3kg/仃,后仓区耐磨粉5kg/ m2,平整度要求为6n±2mm)

下层,业主在上层,单层店的柱网距离应保持在10.8mx10.8m;若Lotus
租用多层,柱网距离应保持在8.4x8.4m(见附件图号1)

Goods lifts两层:2部5吨货梯
Two storeys: two 5 tons;
三层:2部5吨货梯,1部3吨货梯。Three storeys : two 5 tons, one 3 tons.如果有地下室,必须有一部货梯直达地下室
If there is basement,1 goods lift need to go to basement.
Floor Finishes: vinytiles for Sales area&Lease area. Ceramic tiles forOffices/Utility/Fresh area.
卸货区
Loading area考虑2或3辆40呎35吨集卡和4辆小卡车满载重量及回车 空间,集卡旋转半径15米,斜坡道坡度参见(附件图号3)
