Lotus stand alone building for reinforced concrete structure, the column grid spacing should be 10.8mx10.8m; If steel structure, the column should have min 10.8mx10.8m. If Lotus store lease lower floors & landlord on upper floors, the column grid spacing for single storey supercenter should maintain at 10.8mx10.8m; If Lotus store lease mutiple floors, the column grid spacing for multiple floors should maintain at 8.4x8.4m.(Refer to Typical Drawing Figure No.1.)

Wall外墙为实墙面, 抹灰后, 可喷涂料或铺瓷砖。 尽量减少使用玻璃幕墙
Exterior wall is brick wall, plaster finished, ready for paint. Try to avoid using glass curtain wall.

楼板荷载
Floor loading capacity卖场800kg/平方米,后仓与冷库1000〜1200kg/平方

钢筋砼地面(200厚C30内配①12@150双向双层,卖场区及出租区耐磨
粉3kg/仃,后仓区耐磨粉5kg/ m2,平整度要求为6n±2mm)
钢筋砼楼面(70厚C30内配①6@150双向,含耐磨面层,卖场区及出租区 耐磨粉3 kg/m,后仓区耐磨粉5 kg/m?,平整度要求为6n±2mm)地板表面:仓库及生鲜后仓通道硬化耐磨,卖场及出租区内铺PVC地板, 办公区及设备用房铺瓷砖,生鲜加工间铺瓷砖。
