高新技术产品翻译

高新技术产品，是指应用高新技术生产出来的产品.近年我国高新技术产品出口增势强劲，成为拉动全国出口贸易增长的新生力量。但我国高新技术产品出口还存在一些不合理问题，已经成为影响高新技术产业的长期健康发展的瓶颈。扩大我国高新技术产品出口，积极加大对高新技术产品的研发投入，努力提高产品科技含量，加快完善产品出口基地的合理布局，提高人力资本总体素质，以推动我国产业结构的改进和总体经济增长方式的转变。

跨国并购作为全球跨国公司直接投资的一种重要的方式，是生产国际化和经济发展到全球化发展到一定阶段的必然产物。从19世纪至今，世界共经历了5次企业并购浪潮。随着中国加入WTO和对外开放度加大，许多知名的跨国公司纷纷先后进入中国，抢占这块“肥沃的土地”。在金融危机的冲击之下，世界经济有所滑落，但中国依然是吸收外资的能力依然强劲。2010年9月7日，联合国贸易和发展会议在厦门发布了《2010―2012年世界投资前景调查报告》，报告指出，中国仍是跨国公司首选的投资目的地。报告同时预计，在经历了2009年的困难时期后，2010年全球外国直接投资（FDI）流量将逐渐复苏，在2011年和2012年将持续增长。

High and new technology products refer to products manufactured through high and new technology. The export of the high and new technology products have been increased robustly these years and that turns to be the new emerging forces to stimulate the growth of national export trade. However, there exist some unreasonable problems in the products export and that would have been the bottlenecks to influence the sound progress of the High and New Technology industry in the long run. In order to speed up the improvement of industrial structure and transformation of economic growth pattern,the expansion of high and new technology products exporting and increase funds to input into R&D are needed as well as the increase of science in products. It is also demanded to accelerate improvement in rational layout of the export base and overall quality of human capital.

Transnational mergers and acquisitions, as an important way of the direct investment for the multinational corporations worldwide, is the inevitable product of the international production and globalization. From 19th century to the present, the world witnessed an upsurge of mergers and acquisitions in enterprises for 5 times. Since China joined the WTO and expanded the potency dimension of opening to the outside, a lot of renowned transnational corporations was inroduced to China successively to grab the “ hot land ”. Although the world economy have backdroped in face of the financial crisis,China still have strong foreign capital absorptive capability. On sep. 7th, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development released investigation on world investment prospect from 2010 to 2012. The report have showed that China is still the among the best choices of investment destinations for multinational corporations. The report also expect that the FDI flow will start growing in 2010 and maintain this trend continuously from 2011 to 2012after experienced the hard times in 2009.
