摘要
自从改革开放以来,我国由计划经济时代逐步过渡到了市场经济时代,我国的各种中小型企业开始获得迅速发展,整体呈现一副欣欣向荣的景象,为我国的经济发展做出了巨大贡献。当今时代,我国的中小型企业发展环境良好,但是其也面临着诸多问题。良好的福利制度能有有效吸引众多人才服务于中小企业,可以显著提供员工的工作积极性、工作态度及其工作效率。而当前我国中小企业面临的一个重要问题就是员工的福利待遇问题,由于中小企业自身的原因,很多伴随薪酬的福利待遇跟不上社会的发展,从而影响了企业员工的工作积极性,从而影响了整个企业的经营状况,影响其在市场经济环境下的企业竞争力,因此,中小企业面临诸多福利政策问题。
本文主要通过当前我国中小型企业的福利政策与问题进行深入分析与研究,找出我国中小型企业目前的福利待遇存在的问题和不足,对其进行深入分析和探讨,同时结合我国现在的实际情况,借鉴一些先进的福利待遇理论,进而对我国中小企业企业目前的福利待遇政策提出一些建议和意见,旨在为中小型企业的持续健康发展,员工福利政策有一定的帮助和借鉴,同时为相关人员的深入研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China's gradual transition from a planned economy era to the era of market economy, China's small and medium enterprises began to get a variety of rapid development, overall showing a pair of thriving scene for China's economic development has made tremendous contributions. The modern era, a good environment for the development of small and medium enterprises, but it also faces many problems. Good to have an effective welfare system attracts many talents to serve the small and medium enterprises, can provide a significant staff enthusiasm, attitude and work efficiency. The country is currently a major problem faced by SMEs is the problem employee benefits, due to its own reasons for SMEs, many accompanied by pay and benefits to keep up with the development of society, thus affecting the enthusiasm of employees, thus affecting the entire business situation, affecting the competitiveness of enterprises in the market economy, so many welfare policy issues facing SMEs.
This paper mainly small and medium enterprises through our welfare policy and current issues in-depth analysis and research, identify problems and shortcomings of the current benefits for SMEs exist, its in-depth analysis and discussion, combined with China's actual situation now , learn some advanced welfare theory, and then to China's small and medium enterprises currently welfare policy put forward some suggestions and comments aimed at the sustainable and healthy development of SMEs, employee welfare policies have some help and learn, as well as related depth study of personnel to provide a reference
