快乐学英语英语作为一门新兴的综合性学科,跨进了小学的课堂。
由于小学英语面对的对象是小学生,小学生年龄小,注意力不易集中,意志力较为薄弱。
一旦教学内容枯燥,教学方法单板,节奏慢,就会出现做小动作,在底下小声讲话等不良习惯。
陶行知说:“唤起兴趣,学生有了兴趣,就肯用全副精神去做事情,所以‘学’和‘乐’是不可分离。
”又说“治学以兴趣为主,兴趣愈多,则从事弥力,从事弥力则成效愈著。
”学生对问题产生了浓厚的兴趣,便会锲而不合地进行思考和探索。
我们教师应充分利用小学生活泼好动,爱表现,无意注意等特点,因势利导,尽可能将枯燥无味的语言装化为有趣的活动形式,从而激发学生的思维,提高学生的兴趣。
变“要我学”为“我要学”。
下面我就结合自己几年的英语教学谈谈自己的感受和理解。
一、我们必须营造一种和谐的气氛,让学生在轻松愉快的环境中学习英语。
只有在和谐宽松的课堂气氛中,才能使学生们怀着轻松愉快的心情投入学习,才敢于用英语大胆发言,积极思维,从而产生学习英语和施展才能的兴趣。
如在课堂的导人部分就可设置一些悬念来调调学生的胃口,这样学生的思维就会跟着老师转了,这要比直接出示本课所教授的内容要好得多。
如果直接出示,学生一看就明白老师要教什么,没有新意,学生的兴趣当然就提不起来了。
有一课是关于香蕉这一内容,于是我制作了一个guess game的课件,用它来引出课题。
即让学生看大屏幕,开始大屏幕中央是一点点黄色,然后让学生来猜:“what’sthis?”这时学生的答案有很多:it’s apear/lemon/mango/banana,…--等,然后用右手按动鼠标,黄色的范围渐渐扩大,再让学生猜,这时学生的答案也有多种,最后,再次按动鼠标,学生基本上可以看到香蕉的全貌,猜对的学生兴趣盎然,欢呼着喊道:“yeah”,学生情绪高涨。
二、充分利用多媒体实行情境教学随着科技的发展,社会的进步,过去的“一支粉笔十一本书”的课堂模式已经不能满足现代教学的需要。

在融洽的师生关系中，学生的想象力和创造力得以充分发挥，教师亲切的目光、关爱的手势、鼓励的传递了对学生的爱和信任，教师举手投足间洋溢的爱拉近了与学生的距离，消除了彼此间的隔膜，有利于交流的进行。
如在组织教学时，教师用一首节奏轻松的英语歌曲把学生放飞的心收回来，远比严肃的立正效果好。
教师如具幽默感，可充分运用机智诙谐的语言调动全班的积极性，用生动的形体语言，耸耸肩、点点头，打破平淡、呆板、沉闷的气氛。
如教tiger时，教师边呲牙咧嘴装出凶狠的样子边说：“I’m a tiger. I’m a tiger. I’ll kill you. I’ll kill you.”准能把学生乐坏，他们会跟着老师念叨，很快轻而易举地掌握了tiger和kill 两个单词。
有趣的语言环境能激起学生极大的热情，并促使学生获得更多的语言信息。
二、真实的语境是快乐学习的根本语言学习需要教师创造一个特定的能使学生产生共鸣的学习环境，如学生在特定的情景下学习特定的语言。
农村学生缺乏英语语言的社会环境，需要教师在课堂中最大限度地营造语言环境、创造英语氛围、激活学生的英语思维。
用生动的语言描述、用直观的实物演示、使用多媒体等创设情景，必要时就地取材，诱发学生的情感，吸引学生的注意力，激发学生的想象力。
如教学“have been to”与“have gone to”根据实景造句，这样学生在具体创设的情景中学会两种结构的运用，比一板一眼的语法教学更有效。

二、“手到”。
学英语，一定要做课堂笔记。
因为人的记忆力是有限的，人不可能都过目不忘，记忆本身就是持续与遗忘作斗争的过程。
常言说，“好记忆不如烂笔头”。
老师讲的知识可能在课堂上记住了，不过过了一段时间就会忘记，所以做好笔记很有必要。
英语知识也是一点点积累起来的，学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，甚至是书的空白处或字里行间，这对以后的复习巩固都是非常方便的。
三、“耳到”。
在课堂上，认真听讲是十分必要的，不但要专心听老师对知识的讲解，而且要认真听老师说英语的语音、语调、重音、连读、失去爆破、断句等发音要领，以便培养自己纯正地道的英语口语。
听懂老师传授的每一个知识点，在头脑里形成反馈以协助记忆；理解领会老师提出的问题，以便迅速作答，对比同学对问题的回答，以加深对问题的理解而取别人之长补自己之短。
四、“眼到”。
在认真听讲的同时，还要双眼紧随老师观察老师的动作、口形、表情、板书、绘图、教具展示等。
大脑里形成的视觉信息和听觉信息相结合，印象就会更加深刻。
五、“口到”。
学习语言，不张嘴不动口是学不好的，同学们最大的毛病是读书不出声，害羞不敢张嘴。
尤其是早读课，同学们仅仅用眼看或默读，这样就只有视觉信息，而没有听觉信息在大脑里的反馈，当然记忆也不会太深刻，口部肌肉也得不到锻炼，也就很难练就一口纯正的英语。

小学也就成为学习英语的初始阶段，由于小学英语教学面向的教育对象是小学生，小学生年龄小，注意力不易集中，意志力较为薄弱，让小学生快乐学英语，通过创设愉快的学习环境可以激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣和强烈的求知欲望，变“要我学”为“我要学”，培养学生爱学的情感，会学的能力，在开展中求愉快，在愉快中求开展，从而自主的学习，到达提高教学质量的目的。
小学英语教材的独特优势是实施快乐英语教学的有利条件。
在小学英语的教学中，我们要让学生快乐地学习英语，让独特的英语教育详细落实在语言教学实践。
课堂教学改革必须以尊重学生的个性开展为目标，让学生生动活泼的开展，让学生快乐的学习，下面就构建小学英语快乐学习新课堂谈一点个人看法。
确实把小学生从繁重的课业负担中解脱出来，还给孩子们童年的欢乐，使他们在德、智、体、美、劳各方面得到全面和谐的开展。
快乐的学英语要求教师在语言教学中，以语言兴趣为中心，伴随语言学习的各种游戏、全身性的反响活动，使儿童掌握语言的根本知识、技能，加强儿童运用语言的能力，培养儿童活泼的个性。
根据心理学理论，兴趣是儿童进展活动的主要动力。
儿童的兴趣总是和一些积极、肯定的情绪相联系，它可以激发儿童的求知欲，可以降低儿童意志努力的程度，使其注意力较长时间集中在一定活动内容上，并能唤起儿童丰富的想象力和创造的欲望。
有了兴趣，儿童就会主动地、自觉地参与到教学过程中来，在教学过程中充分表现自我、完善自我。
而缺乏兴趣的教学，尤其是单纯理智的学习，需要儿童付出更多的意志努力，把注意力长时间集中在单一的教学过程中，这对于兴奋性程度高、意志力薄弱、注意力易分散、转移的儿童来讲无疑困难重重。
因此，在教学活动中，需要教师通过各种生动、形象、有趣的手段来激发儿童的兴趣，在语言教学中应主要以语言本身的兴趣为主。
各种游戏、全身性的反响活动、直观教具、录音都是为了引起儿童对语言本身的兴趣，通过种种方式帮助儿童理解，加深记忆。

英语是中小学阶段的一门重要学科，而小学阶段是一个习惯养成的重要时期，它将决定人的终身发展的基础。
如何使小学英语教学从枯燥的语言知识的讲解和死记硬背的学习模式中解脱出来，只有营造出民主的教学氛围，和谐的师生关系，宽松的环境，开放的活动空间和创新的激情，才能使学生在积极向上的气氛中学习英语。
怎样针对小学生的年龄特征和教学内容，设计出既让他们感兴趣，又能促进他们更加主动地参与学习？根据我多年的教学实践，从以下几方面谈谈自己的教学体会。
一、创造轻松愉快的学习环境丰富多彩的游戏最容易引起儿童的注意，也最能激发他们的学习兴趣。
小学生年纪小，好新奇，好活动，我根据学习内容设计多种猜迷游戏。
例如“听音猜动物”的游戏学习“Is it a ... ? Yes / No. It's a ... ”。
“听音猜人”的游戏学习“Who's he / she ? ”“蒙眼摸动物”的游戏学习“What is it? ”等句型。
游戏活动的使用，既让学生在学中找到了乐趣，又在玩中学到知识。
二、用竟争意识组织课堂教学对自尊心，荣誉感都很强的儿童来说，竟赛的形式往往能大大的调动学生学习的积极性，俗话说：水激石鸣，人激则进就是这个道理。
因此，我们在复习表示动作和指令词时，把学生分成四组，每组每次派出一名代表，按照老师的指令做活动。
比如：Touch your head! Point to the window! Show me your ruler! Open the door! Look at the blackboard! Raise your left hand! 获胜者将为他们组赢得一面小红旗，最后选出优胜组，并给予相应的奖励。
竟赛活动的开展，不仅调动了学生学习英语的积极性，而且在激烈的竟争中，学生情绪高涨，学得主动，记得牢固。
三、营造民主，和谐的课堂气氛教学过程既是知识传授的过程，又是师生情感交流的过程。

在时代快速发展的社会里，在与时俱进的21世纪的今天，社会生活的进步、信息化、网络化和经济的全球化，使英语的重要性与日俱增，英语成了对外交流的工具，是培养面向现代化，面向世界，面向未来高素质人才不可缺少的条件。
因此，英语作为一门基础课程，成了重中之重。
教学的传统模式的教师的满堂灌，叫我学，老师教，学生听，最后浪费的时间多，效果却不佳。
教育家第斯多得曾说：“不好的教师是传授真理，好的教师是叫学生去发现真理。
”教师的“教”是为了学生的“学”，教学中教师应充分发挥学生的自主性‘积极性，从“教”变“导”，应是“带着学生走向知识”，而非“带着知识走向学生”。
教师应开拓一条高效的快速成功的小学英语教学之路，引导学生善于发现问题，自主学习创新。
在此，我结合多年教学实践、反思、总结，吸取教训，将自己的一些做法谈谈，在我的教学生涯中，我始终发挥学生主体作用，让学生自己发现、自主创新、自主探索、自主学习，尽可能地发掘学生最深处的潜能，以提高学生学习效率，培养学生自主学习创新的能力。
一、创设氛围，激发自主学习
俗话说：“兴趣是最好的老师”。
学习兴趣是学习主动性、积极性的催化剂，是提高学习效率的重要条件。
小学英语教学如果能使学生在心情愉悦、精神放松的状态下，创设出良好的心境与学习氛围，那么，孩子的潜能就会发挥出来，也会轻松自如的学会英语。
1、做游戏。
唱呀玩呀是小孩子的天性。
在每节课上我总会抽出几分钟时间让学生们站起来边唱边说，这种又说又唱，又蹦又跳的轻松愉快的氛围将唤起学生的高涨积极情绪，激发学生学习兴趣，从而充分发挥每个学生的潜能。
如教了monkey、 hippo、 panda 、deer 、elephant等几个单词后，我让孩子戴上动物头饰做游戏，为小动物找到自己温暖的家园。
2、编演对话。
在学完某种句型后，我会让学生们做小导演，用所学句型编演小片段，学生自编自导自演，把所学内容串联，这既激发学生学习英语的兴趣，又把枯燥乏味的单词与句型变的生动有趣。
这样把小学生的认知结构和心理特点相结合，既使枯燥乏味的内容变的生动有趣，又调动了学生的参与热情，使口头表达能力提升。
二、优化课堂教学，引导自己学习
在传统的教学模式中，教师主宰一切，学生不能把潜能体现出来，现在课堂教学改革了，提倡自主课堂教学，就是要做到“教师为主导，学生为主体”，“要少教多学”，让学生自觉、自主、自能的学习，课堂教学是主阵地，需要把好这一关。
1、教授音标。
我近年来任高段英语，在每一学期伊始，我都会利用2---3节课为他们教授音标，让他们分清长元音、短元音、双元音、清辅音、浊辅音，对每个音标能自如顺口读出。
每一节课前让学生们对要学单词句型中陌生单词查词典，标出单词音标，借助音标试着发音，如果有个别不对的再纠正，经过多次练习，学生们
现在对生单词的读也不那么生疏害怕与多次出错了，而且这样为英语阅读提供了很大的帮助与方便。
2、巧编顺口溜。
在学习字母单词和礼貌用语后我会编些顺口溜让学生快速记忆，并鼓励学生自编顺口溜，就如我们所编的
a、苹果苹果apple、apple、apple是苹果；
橘子橘子orange、orange、orange是橘子；
香蕉香蕉banana、banana、banana是香蕉；
桃子桃子peach、peach、peach是桃子；
梨儿梨儿pear、pear、pear是梨儿。
b、男他he，女她she，动物它是it。
c、请please，坐sit down，谢谢thank you，you‘re welcome 不客气。
编写这些顺口溜就是为了让学生轻松自如的记忆英语、学习英语，对英语有兴趣，能说英语的乐趣，从而激发他们进一步学习英语的欲望。
通过实践大多数学生学习英语的积极性、自觉性被充分调动和发挥出来了。
从中证明把期望带给学生，尊重、理解、宽容地对待学生，有信心地相信学生会有进步和闪光点，并给予及时的评价和鼓励，学生才会在轻松快乐的学习氛围中发出亮光，挖掘出最深处的潜能，他们自主学习的能力也就提炼出来了。
教无定法，学无定式，相信在老师们的研究探索下，一定能挖掘出学生的潜能，让学生能自主学习，我们的教育事业也将蒸蒸日上！。
