总则:
船舶机舱自动化系统主要包括机舱监测报警系统,船舶主机遥控等,以用于减轻轮机员工作强度,为无人机舱提供安全保障。
GENERAL:
Engine room automation system consists of engine alarm & monitoring system and main engine remote control etc、The system can reduce labor intensity for engineer and unmanned engine room、
机舱集控台ECC供电电源:台内分为AC220V与DC24V供电,设有AC220V电源分配板与DC24V电源分配板。其中AC220V分电箱由主配电板与应急配电板两路电源供电,DC24V 分电箱由集控台内AC220V分电箱经整流后供电,并由充放电板CDP提供一路供电电源。集控台内得电源基本用于给机舱监测与报警等重要设备提供可靠电源。

集控台ECC上显示相关设备运行指示信号,此部分设备一般都为重要设备。举例如:
The engine control console (ECC) to install running single light for the important equipments, such as:
燃油分油机运行;HFO purifier running;
滑油分油机运行;L、O、 purifier running;
主空压机运行;Main air compressor running;
应急空压机运行;Emergency air compressor running;

此外还有很多设备得运行信号需要送至集控台ECC,

许多传感器安装于重要设备(如主机,发电机,锅炉等)上,这些传感器及时迅速得将设备运行状态与参数传送到机舱集控台上,并通过检测得到得参数对相关设备部件进行及时控制,保证设备正常运行。

控制举例:主机缸套冷却水温度需要保持在70摄氏度至75摄氏度之间。安装在主机缸套冷却水管上得温度传感器检测水温,将水温及时传送至集控台上得控制器上,当检测到得水温小于70度时,控制温控阀自动减小开度,冷却水流速降低,缸套冷却水温升高;当传感器检测到得水温高于75度时,自动控制温控阀增大开度,增大流量,降低主机缸套冷却水温。
For example: M/E jacket cooling water temperature should be kept in 70 to 75 degrees Celsius、Temperature of the water which detect from the pipe that installed in M/E jacket be transmitted to controller in ECC by sensor、If water temperature lower than 70℃, temperature-sensing valve reduce opening automatically, them cooling water flow rate reduced and jacket cooling water temperature become higher、To the contrary, when jacket water temperature higher than 75℃, temperature-sensing valve increase opening automatically、Temperature of the jacket cooling water will be reduced、
机舱自动化有很多个安全系统,用以保证船员人身与设备得安全。系统包括轮机员呼叫系统,机舱延伸报警,轮机员安全系统(死人报警系统)等。举例说明:死人报警系统,大致由几个安装在机舱入口处得死人报警启动按钮与机舱内多个复位按钮组成。轮机员进入机舱值班,需要启动本系统,设定时间每隔30分钟,系统报警,轮机员需在两分钟内复位,超过
