锈钢
1、范围Scope
ISO5832这部分对用锻造不锈钢制造的外科植入物指定了相对应的特定的测试方法。
this part of iso5832 specifies the characteristics of,and corresponding test methods for,wrought stainless steel for use in the manufacture of surgical implants.
提供最适宜的两种类型的不锈钢化学基础成分(见表1)
Provision is made for two types of stainless steel based on chemical composition(see table 1)

3、化学成分chemical composition
3.1 试验样本test samples
用于分析的样品应符合ISO 377规定。
The selection of samples for analysis shall be carried out in accordance with ISO 377.
3.2 铸造分析Cast analysis
刚的化学成分应符合表1的规定。Cr含量和Mo含量按照下列公式计算所得(C值)应该不小于26。
The cast analysis of the steel when determined in accordance with clause 6 shall comply with the chemical composition specified in table1.The molybdenum and chromium contents shall be such that the C value obtained from the formula given below is not less than 26.
C=3.3W Mo+W Cr
其中:
W Mo 钼的含量,用质量百分比表示;
W Cr铬的含量,用质量百分比表示。

4、微观条件下的完全退火microstructure in the fully annealed condition
4.1 晶粒度grain size
奥氏体的晶粒度按照第六条规定不得大于5级。
the austenitic grain size,determined in accordance with clause6,shall not be coarser than grain size No.5.
4.2 微观结构microstructure
根据条款6进行检测时,此不锈钢应不含δ铁素体、X相或者Σ相。
the steel shall have a structure free from delta ferrite,chi or sigma phase,when examined in accordance with Clause 6.
4.3非金属夹杂物含量inclusion content
钢铁应该检验非金属夹杂物的含量,在热轧阶段完成尺寸定型以后应该与第六条的规定相一致,不得超过表2的规定。
the non-metallic inclusion content of the steel,determined at finished size after a hot-rolling process stage,and in accordance with Clause 6,shall not exceed the limits given in Table 2.
注意:有必要符合真空或者电渣冶炼法清洁条件规定。
Note:it can be necessary to use vacuum or electroslag melting to produce a steel complying with these cleanliness requirements.

5力学性能Mechanical properties
5.1试样test pieces
选择的样品和拉伸试件应该符合ISO 377的规定。
the selection and preparation of samples and test pieces for tensile shall be in accordance with ISO 377.
5.2拉伸试验Tensile test
钢在棒材、丝材、板材、带材形式下的拉伸性能实验应该与条款六相一致,必须分别符合表3、5、6的规定。
the tensile properties of the steel in the form of bars,wires,and sheet and strip,when tested in accordance with Clause 6,shall comply with the values specified in Tables 3,5 and 6 respectively.
5.3 标记长度gauge length
S0指的是试样的原始横截面积单位mm。试样的直径d1或者横截面S0,分别应符合,标记长度应该为5.65×S0or 50 mm(见表4或表7)。
S0is defined as the original cross-sectional area in square millimetres. in accordance with test piece diameter,D1 or section profile,S0,respectively,the gauge length shall be either 5.65×S0 or 50 mm(see table 4 and table 7).
6实验方法Test methods
用于确定ISO5832 本部分的规定的测试方法应该符合表8所列的要求。
the test methods to be used in determining compliance with the requirements of this part of ISO 5832 shall be those given in table 8.
