圆筒混料机总体设计

摘要

随着社会的进步，经济的发展，冶金工业也得到了蓬勃发展，由于混料机在冶金工业中有着广泛的用途，进而社会对混料机的需求越来越多，规格也越来越大。

混合就是为使烧结的物料物化性质充分均匀，使烧结料内微粒物料造成适宜的小球。筛选过矿石经过破碎后，再经过混料机混合后才能进行烧结。为保证烧结矿的质量及提高烧结矿的产量，配好的烧结矿石原料需要加以润湿、混匀. 目的是使混合配料中的水分、粒度以及配料各组分均匀分布。混匀称为一次混合，本次毕业设计是设计一次混合设备。

混料机一般主要由传动装置[电机—硬齿面减速器—联轴器—慢速驱动装置]、筒体装配、支撑装置、挡轮装置、传动副、润滑系统、进料装置及防散料护罩、排料装置、喷水装置、排废气装置等组成。

目前主要使用的混合设备有搅拌机、轮式混合机、圆盘造球机以及圆筒混合机等，搅拌机、轮式混合机和圆筒混合机都属于一次混合设备；其中圆筒混料机除构造简单外还有生产率高、生产可靠等优点，实践证明，用于一次混合是一种行之有效的设备。但目前还存在内壁粘料现象、混合时间不足以及震动较大等缺点。

ABSTRACT

Along with the progressive, economic development of society, metallurgical industry has also gotten vigorous development, since batch mixer has extensive use in metallurgical industry, and then the social demand for batch mixer more and more, specifications are also big.

Mix is make the stock thing of sintering melt nature ample even, make the material of particulate matter in sintering material cause suitable little ball. After passing breakage after ore, selection then can carry out sintering again via batch mixer after mixing. To guarantee the quality of sintering mine and the output that raises sintering mine , the sintering ore needs of raw material that match are damped and mixed even. Purpose is to make mixing each group of moisture, size as well as burden in burden divide into even distribution. Mix even to be called as once mix , this graduated design is design once mix equipment.

Batch mixer general major from drive device [ generator - the hard gear reducer of tooth flank - shaft coupling - slowly fast actuating device ] , the assembly of cylindrical shell , support installation, gear ship installation, transmission set and lubrication system , enter material installation and defence the compositions such as scattered material shield, refuse ejector, water injection system and the row installation of waste gas.

Now major use mix equipment have mixer, ship type blender and disc make ball machine as well as cylinder blender, mixer, ship type blender

and cylinder blender belong to once to mix equipment; In which cylinder batch mixer exclude structure simple besides still have the productivity that is to mix one time high , production reliable etc. advantage, it is a kind of effective equipment that practice proof is used. But now still store in wall glue material phenomenon , mix time can't and shake greater etc. shortcoming.
