家族企业是商品生产中出现最早的一种企业形式，也是当代企业群体中数量最为庞大、内部结构与关系最为复杂、规模差异最大的一种企业形态。在我国，改革开放之后表现出强大活力的私营企业，其中的大多数在形式上就是家族企业。这些家族企业不仅在我国当前的国民经济中发挥着重要作用，从长远来看，也将是我国市场经济发展中不可忽视的重要企业群体。由于特定的历史和文化因素的影响，我国现代意义上的家族企业的发展历史短暂，规模不大，管理技术落后。家族企业由于其自身的特定条件，发展壮大面临着众多困惑与矛盾，也期待着理论上的探讨和指导。

本文结合我国的经济环境和企业现实，对家族企业的发展趋势作了前瞻。通过深入家族企业内部了解家族企业管理情况，做到理论与实践的结合，国内与国外的结合，区域和整体的结合。在全面考察和分析中国家族企业制度历史和现状的基础上，从产权制度、企业治理结构、委托代理制度及传承制度等角度出发，对中国家族企业制度创新的模式进行了探讨。

Abstract

Family enterprises were the earliest of the type. They are still a current enterprise form，which is the greatest in number, the most complicated in initial structure and relationship, and the most different in dimensions, and they take on various development Patterns. Many nonpublic-run enterprises, which have rapidly developed since the reform and opening to the outside, have showed great vigor and strength, and they play a great role in the national economic development. On the long run, they will be indispensable parts in our market economy, and even affect the development of our society. In fact most of them belong to family enterprises. Because of specific historical and cultural factors, modern frankly enterprises in China grew not long ago; most of them are rather small and technically backward. Family enterprises are confronted with many embarrassments, barriers and contradictions at Present, and they are eagerly hoping for the cortical guide. Family and consanguinity have every reason to constitute the first topic of Chinese studies. Therefore, the studies of family enterprises in China are of great the oriental and practical significance.

Based upon the exploration of current institutions of family enterprises Chinese’s Specific characteristics, and foreign experience, this dissertation is intended to seek for a new route of institutional innovation suitable for the sustainable development of Chinese family enterprises. This effort will provide important references for the development of family enterprise.
